📌If you don't read the description^.^ : Here, I was trying to gather all reactions if you ask your companions to stay in camp, though I’m sure there will be some lines missing. I also tried to find out if it depends on approval level, etc., and whether changes were made in Patch 7, but since I’m not "an expert" on all companions, so I'm not sure if I noticed all the lines and possible changes. The things I've noticed are mentioned in the video^^ So far, I can say that only Shadowheart’s lines changed significantly in Patch 7. I can also say for sure about Astarion of course^^: nothing changed xD and he had and has only one single reaction for everything 02:12. The same is with Gale 03:38 and Halsin. However, Astarion 02:52 and Halsin have different reactions at camp and outside (I made the difference visible in the video). As you know, there are two kinds of lines in this dialogue: first, you ask them to stay, then you confirm your decision. Some companions react if you change your mind (like Minthara 4:16, Jaheira 05:17, and Lae’zel 0:58), while others don’t react. Here are some notes on different companions: Karlach : Seems to have the most lines if you ask her to join again 0:40. I didn’t notice that the lines depend on the approval level. Lae’zel : Seems to have two different reactions at lower 0:50 and higher approval levels 1:07, plus one reaction if you are romancing her 1:40. Also, her tent at 01:07 is VERY dirty, just look at it! Shadowheart : (I'm sorry I put the cuts somehow unlogically together:/) Her lines changed completely. I noticed they seem to depend on whether she is romanced or non-romanced, as I mentioned in the video. However, I don’t know if that is really the case; at least it sounded to me as if this was the reason why the lines are different. I also had a feeling they differ based on the stages of romance, but again, I’m not sure. The main change is that in patch 6, she had only one single toxic reaction 06:50 for all levels and stages, and now even non-romanced, they are definitely different 07:02. Here she reacts 7:15 outside (Patch 7) with additional line in comparison to 6:35 (Patch 6) and this 6:35 is a romanced case. This one 7:30 is non-romanced outside and is different too. For romanced case Patch 7 has many lines like: 7:44; 8:23 (outside) and different lines at camp: 7:55; 8:12; 8:41; 8:58.
awwwwww none of the lines " I did miss that face you know" ? or perhaps " its always a pleasure to see you sauntering over" ,what did he say ( astarion ofc) if you romanced him and leaving him at camp? But anyways this vid is fun to watch
@@sinviel ahhh hope larian will give astarion another expansion. Btw this is off topic , IF you don't mind. I was following your astarion romance guide . After the bite scene and talking to him in the next morning ,When he said " I already apologize what more do you wan't? except you're looking for another Nibble" . after choosing " i need to know how we should feed you in the future " Instead of " maybe Later" the option " you can feed on me tonight " never appeared till the end of the game. Is this a bug or it is not? just want to make sure, maybe you know something?
@@sadrakhsadrakh7083 yes, it won't appear then . The option to offer him to feed on you won't give any approval while the 'allow him to feed on villains ' gives +5 ; if you need this dialogue option to appear, you should reload the game , but as I said it won't give any approval ^^
@@sinviel oooohhh i see i see . Oh one more question Please if you can bear with me. does feeding him tav's blood increase his approval? Google said it does increase but after i tried , it does not seem to increase at all even after couple times letting him bite Tav. 🤔
@@sadrakhsadrakh7083 No, letting him feed on your character doesn't give any approval^^ if you need to know all the options which give his approval throughout, you can find (and study^^) them all here : bg3.wiki/wiki/Astarion/Approval it's from wiki and it's trustworthy, I also tested all myself ^^ also you can see the approval points there and decide which one is relevant to you^^
