Yes. At 4:28, the map dissappears because the invisible wall that normally generates 50m behind you isn't there, as the terrain went higher than the border generates (around 1500m up). So, without the border, if you go far enough, terrain/structures dissappear behind you.
PS. Sabeer accidentally found where the border disappears at 50k, you can find the video yourself; it was poking out of the ground

4:53 this problem exists in the captown map at 900m and in places where you enter or exit the “cave”. The problem gets worse if you turn on background music. In the "Tailwind trail" (Stormrider cup) if you turn on the music, there will be lag in places 220 and 150 meters before the finish. If the music is turned off, there will be no lag.
