- Well we did it again... We came across this truck and just could not pass it up! This old KW has been sitting for years and we thought it was too cool to not rebuild it and get it running! Not only are these trucks getting harder and harder to find, but this one has the flat-glass option with the old school Aerodyne sleeper! What do you think... Little stretch and a cool paint job, and this one will be off to the races?

We’ve got a 94’ limited edition number 92, one of the 200 exposition floor models. She’s got a mechanical 3406C. We love her. Nothing beats an older model truck

I found this on my recommended. I am I huge sucker for old kenworths and I love flatglasses. I want one exactly like this when I’m older what a great find. My dads kenworth W900B has the exact same interior design, the old school dash and the blue walls. You guys got lucky finding one like this wowee!
I've got a 95 with a 60 inch aerodyne. Had a 5ek cat now a 1lw. Slowly getting her all fixed up.

Great score, and Happy B-day! I follow Project Snowman as well. I love w9's. They're my favorite trucks. That aerodyne is awesome! I'm also a HUGE Cummins guy. What a great starting point. I love the needle scaler. What a useful tool it is for rust. I would yank the motor throw a new rod/ piston/ rod + main bearings and address the crank journals. I would have to see it but I would love to rebuild that thing. If only I was in your area. Very cool fellas!!!

I rebuilt a 2002 Kw900 flat glass, my friend painted it. Can’t say to look out for anything in particular. First truck I’ve owned and worked on. Sweet truck

Looks like a great project! I'm more of a W900A fan but I like the Aerodyne sleepers. Can't go wrong with a redhead N14 either...best engine Cummins ever built!

I drove that same truck with a cat 3406 and I also drove a w900l with the N14 in a aero cab sleeper. I miss those trucks.

Good Luck on rebuild to keep these old truck on the road. If change the aear match the blue interior color. Cab looks like need a full clean but it looks great inside cab.

Check the frame for small cracks on the driver side where the battery box bolts to the frame. Also behind the rear spring hanger driver side. That one usually happens on the outside of the frame under the hanger.
Take off that top fairing and thats a nice 007 edition candidate right there.
Hopefully the lower cam on that N14 ain't bad cause thats a hard expense piece.
Also you can cut and open the cab to sleeper hole to make that opening bigger and less clostrophobic
Those N-14’s are tough motors I’ve drove a few trucks with that motor. That truck will be sharp when y’all get done with it.

Had a ‘92 like that one with a 425 CAT and 15 spd. Black with burgundy interior. Beautiful truck. Like to have it now. Sold it to a guy that was leased on to me when I quit driving. Been better with a 13 spd tho.

I would think on changing the quarter finders out. Replace them fenders with the half fenders but newer ones. Speaking on that sharp silver pete you guys built.

That would be a Aerodyne 1 sleeper. Great find! Had a '92 w/425 Cat, w/15 spd, and same sleeper. Ditch them Peterbilt wheels 🤮

Red shifter is a 13 speed, the n14 are great motors, around 700,000 redo the berrings and it will last longer. Cool old iron

i like your new project truck is real nice man i think you should paint it blue with some ol bass boat flake with a pin stripe down the side and on the back of the sleeper you should put old school blue or old blue or papa smurf on the back that Youngstown Kenworth of Hubbard Ohio is still open its not to far from my house jut over the line

So weird, the first thing I thought of was you when he said he was going to get rid of the seats but then thought they weren't much better than what's in your T600 already.
