Bugs Bunny's girlfriend's name is Lola Bunny. She was introduced through the Space Jam movie. ☺️
Season’s greetings, Jacob!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ ❤❤❤ ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
When Bugs and Daffy were lighting the tree I was waiting for something to go wrong like it was a cartoon 😆😆😆
I grew up in Georgia and this ride opened when I was a little girl. As soon as you started the video I was singing the monster picnic song. Alan said I was just making it up, so it was awesome when you started singing it too. Thanks for taking us with you. We love you.
The sign at the exit that says “Ya’ll come back! Ya hear?” Is what Ms. Rabbit said at the end of Tales Of The Okefenokee as you left the building. If I had to guess this was probably left as a small reference to the former attraction that used to stand in that place.
Bye now y'all hurry back ya hear
I remember riding that when it was still "Monster Plantation" back in the 80s when the ride exited through the dragon at the end's mouth and the dragon was still active and would roar and snort actual fire before opening its mouth and "swallow" the boat. Holy cow that scared me so bad as a kid and I loved it! They really toned it down over the years. What on earth did they do to the dragon? Its entire head used to be visible with huge horns, glowing yellow eyes, and it roared and snorted flames. Now its... purple and its head and horns are mostly hidden and it honks like a truck? Huh?!
Hmm, interesting, the weird thing is that the boater eater (which is what it's called) was supposedly meant to be placed at the marsh entrance eating you whole, I guess budget reasons set him to the end
I remember as a kid back in the 60s, riding the original Tales Of The Okeefenokee where Monster Plantation is now. It was so primitive back then but it was fun and I liked it better than Monster Plantation. Yeah I will always call it Monster Plantation. I used to go to Six Flags all the time back in the 70s/80s. It has certainly changed a lot since those days. I even remember the original Pufnstuf theater and the Chevy Show. Oh I could tell you tons about the old original Six Flags. Glad you had a good time Jacob.
I think you’re absolutely right that the yeti with horns was (possibly subconsciously) derived from Star Wars. It’s definitely a recent thing and it bugs me a little. Not a huge deal but a slight annoyance. A yeti is a cold climate Bigfoot right? It’s supposed to be an ape-man creature right? You’d never see a Bigfoot with horns and I think that’s telling..
The music on the carousel is Manheim Steamroller's Christmas album. It's very popular Christmas music, one of my favorites.
Hey Jacob! SFOG is my home park and you’re absolutely correct about the mansion feeling “different”. They have done quite a bit of refurb on the ride over the last year or so. The photo part even works sometimes now!
I thought so! Shame the photo wasn’t working last night
@@TheCarpetbagger it was nice to meet you.
@@TheCarpetbaggerhow many characters from Monster 👹 Mansion

Hi, Jacob! Who creates the art for your intros? They’re fantastic! 😊
It's in his intro. I've subscribed to them but they don't do very much currently. I think a lot of his intros are older ones he recycles.
I'll have to agree with you Jacob. This is my favorite dark ride too. Whenever we go to Six Flags, we have to ride this and mine train.
A lot of the updates to the monster mansion are thanks to the amazing kinkaid character company
As I have said before, I am a huge dark ride fan-thank you so much, Jacob!
I think the Yeti might be evolving, or it could be that he's always had horns, and just sheds them like deer do. Not sure about that, I haven't researched Yeti's as extensively as I have with Sasquatch . And Grandma didn't die, she was just run over, but Santa got her patched up and bought her home. There's a documentary about the incident.
So rare for Six Flags Over Georgia to create original parks characters, this warms me up dearly 🥰🥰🥰
Hey Jacob! Awesome video like always. Thank you for sharing with us ❤❤
My home town! I wish I came today… you should go when it’s Halloween it’s really cool!
Great video Jacob always love watching 👀 them. Take care and safe travels my friend.
It was nice to meet you
Monster Mansion is an S tier dark ride. Love it.
Happy Holidays and and New Years to you and yours Jacob
It was nice meeting you.
I would love too go too a six flags park it looks like fun
Wow, what a blast from the past and a neat surprise that is well needed. I'm not having Christmas this year. My mom died last Christmas weekend and her birthday was December 13th. I spent the day with her Christmas eve and day, and she was put on life support Christmas night. She never spoke again. My sister died 3 years ago and my son is in California. I am newly disabled and can't walk without extreme pain. My disability will hopefully be settled soon. I don't want to bring anyone down. But I want thank Jacob for this video. I grew up going to Six Flags every summer since I was 7 years old in 1972. That was when the ride was the Okeefenokee Swamp. ( i also went down the real one in about 1977.) As a teenager it was changed to the Monster Plantation.. Thank you so much.. I knew you were there at the beginning of the video when the Mindbender was shown. I hope you will visit again soon when you can ride the Mindbender, all the rides im Gotham City and the all time classic, the Scream Machine. I am 59 and I wasn't tall enough to ride it when they put it in. It has won many awards and I encourage anybody coming to the park to ride it. Jacob thank you for this trip back in time. A beautiful experience.
🙏💜🕊️🤗
Good Evening Jacob and Jennifer 🙋🏽. Merry Christmas 🎄
Job well done my friend....!!!
Omg, Bugs looked so fancy!
I hope you are riding the train to show us the Christmas light 😂 but i let it slide because you riding the carousel 🎠🤣 . Also you look sooo good with the weight loss 🎉👏
Hi Jacob! That was an awesome dark ride.I would love to go on the monster mansion! I'm glad you got to meet the original characters!
Hey Jacob what's up buddy. It's crazy dan bell mentioned you and so did Philly captain. I wish I could meet you. Maybe one day😅
This was fun
I have been to SFOG my whole life and I have never seen Monster Mansion, that well lit in the “marsh” scene! They are really doing a good job with it. ❤
I think you are right, I think some of the marsh monsters used to be too dark to see including the evil trees and the tiny snake
Loved seeing the Christmas lights and roaming characters, glad you went through the Monster Mansion a second time to show all the animatronics.
What an awesome time
Thank show be tweet bird
I wish Tales Of The Okefenokee was still open so there could still be something left of the Uncle Remus stories in the US now that Splash Mountain is closed at both Disneyland and Magic Kingdom. Although, the animatronics in Tales Of The Okefenokee were in horrible shape towards the end of its run so I kinda understand why since everything stopped working.
Those singin' carrots gave nightmares, even when they were in great shape.
I agree. I loved the "tales..." It fascinated me as a child. One of my favorite childhood memories.
@@braves9652 Same with me! I loved the Uncle Remus stories when I was little and still love them today
This is a very good day
An awesome Christmas video, Jacob! 👍👍👍👍
Are you gonna go see the pandas in the Atlanta zoo since there aren't many places any more to see them?
I can hear michael buble christmas song 14:05
Hey carpetbagger you inspire me everyday i love you!
I love the eyes in the marsh! So spooky! The ride looks like a lot of fun. Surprising its a boat ride too, quite unusual.
It's been there since at least 1972. And even if boat rides aren't one's thing It's nice to ride through and cool off.
Rode it many times as a kid the sheriff at the end use to say don't you humans ever listen
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Marshal billy bob sounds a bit like dallas McKinnon
Never been there. Very pretty but the skits were terrible! Lol
welcome to my town again. merry christmas
3:34 those are actually soft serve ice cream hats.
Good Morning Jacob.. !!
Merry Christmas everyone
Only 20 minutes from there again your always welcome of course being your dads age you might not wanna hang around :-) Hard to believe I was a Junior in HS when 6 flags opened Denny
Where abouts are you? I was born in Austell..I was two when it opened. But I live in Powder Springs now.
🤘😎🤘
i love the monster mansion dark ride that i wish it could be in six flags america
but the monsters are great.
@29:39 please tell me I am not the only one who noticed this unfortunate Christmas light choice...
Also, fitting that it is at the North Pole.

Aw man, Monster Plantation ( Mansion) was my all time favorite ride growing up!!! This brought back so many memories. Got me wanting to head to six flags again!
Monster Mansion's monster-face-camera was working as recently as December 3, when I was there. But while you area about to get that picture possibly taken, don't miss the art on the walls from the previous versions and characters of that Okeefanokee ride.
🎠🎠🎠🎠🎠🎠🎠🎠
Good morning Jacob 😊
Loved it! Have always loved 6 Flags over Ga! Use to go every year, lots of memories!!! 🥰 Thanks for taking us! 😊
Hi Jacob I want to wish you & jenn a very merry Christmas and a happy New year 🎉 Arshad from Singapore
Well. Nice to see them included!
The Yeti's from the Small Foot animater movie from a few years back had horns, maybe it started there.
What great colourful and fun place to visit this Xmas.😁🌲🎁👍
You see Jacob when a non-horned yeti and a horned yeti love each other very much....
Another great day and night out I have to say the dark ride was very good I can see why you like it so much. XXX
Hey I just saw you on Paranormal Caught on Camera
It's my favorite ride of all the theme parks
If you ever come to myrtle beach let me know I'll meet you.
Saw you at the park this day! Glad you had a good time.
I didn't notice the new glasses 😢
Ratson the red nose mouse ?
Stay out of The Marsh!!! 👺
We love Monster Mansion! 👺 😊
The yeti has always had horns… you are experiencing the Mandela effect! 😂
Glad you got to see characters from The Monster Mansion Jacob! Hope you have a great Christmas and a Happy 2024! 🎅🏻🌲🎅🏻🌲
Good morning Jacob; did you know that Sid & Marty Krofft helped design Monster Manor?
Splash Mountain is coming back but will be part of Universal Florida
I refuse to go there. The place is nasty in a nasty part of town. I'm happy to watch you enjoy it.
No it’s not. At all. I live in Atlanta. Austell is perfectly fine and SFOG has really cleaned up their act. I can tell you haven’t been there in years.
@@SmoakinThrillshi
CardShark_Chris, I have to agree somewhat. If you go straight to the park, it's not a problem, and if you're hungry when you leave, wait till you're close to home or in one of the nicer parts of Atlanta to eat, then you'll be fine. As a kid in the 70s, one of my favorite childhood memories was spending the night at one the hotels close to Six Flags with my family, eating dinner at the hotel restaurant, then going night swimming. Wake up, eat breakfast at the same restaurant, and then go to Six Flags. We did this despite living very close to the park. Man, what a killer mini vacation that was. Plus all of my family was alive. Never take anything for granted. But now I wouldn't stay in one of those hotels if it were free, and I sure wouldn't eat anywhere around there. Yikes!!!
Awesome time today thank you for sharing 😊😊😊
