Maybe the censor didn’t pick up on the slang term or maybe they were more concerned about them omitting the “ass” that comes a few lines earlier.
I notice that a lot of music from that era still being radio edited, except the cuts are in totally different places than they were when the songs were first on the radio. That line didn’t used to be edited out back in the day.
