Well as a Durban boy, was eating an averaging of 4 to 5 bunny chows a month from the local bunny chow takeaways which in my experience make the best curries in the world and i'm well traveled, Mike's curry is made very different to the traditional Mutton, Chicken, Bean curries that's made in Durban, having said that it looks delicious and going to make his chicken curry and copy his process and will give Mike my opinion. Great job Mike looks really yummy!

With a proper bunny the gravy runns over the edge, and onto the plate. There is no dry bread.

Agreed Louis , we threw lots more sauce afterwards 😂 we do that for the photos so they look nice , Enjoy !

Thank you! I've read stories on why the bunny was invented - but not why it's called a bunny. I've read some cane workers would take the plates and utensils from a curry serving. So it was served in a bread instead.

Absolutely not a Durban Chicken Curry. A total abortion.
