Since we are in bodies, they hold the key to accessing the divine. My body is the accumulation of all the joys and pains I've experienced. If I truly feel into what that is with courage, I also tap into the soul. The soul, (or divine) can then better inform the next action from a place of authenticity. If I just see myself as "light" without a grounding into what my body is saying, I cheat myself and literally bypass who I am. I've done my share of escapist spirituality over the years and it has always left me cold. I love that you, Tosha, see spirituality from this richer, more unified perspective. I've also just joined the Forum and look forward to integrate more!
Hi Tosha, this is Özlem. I don't know if you'll see this comment since this video was posted a year ago, but listening to you, I wonder if it may be because of inherited family trauma you wake up every night at around the same time feeling fear... if I may be so frank and forward to write it here (don't know how else to reach you). I trained in inherited family trauma diagnosis and resolution last year and listening to you, I made me wonder if something frightening might have happened at 2 or 3am in the morning to a parent or grandparent or someone else in your family system you might have inherited the trauma from, either epigenetically or through identification... I hope it is alright that I share this thought with you here... 🤍

Thank you for breaking this down.
This is such an important question being asked.
❤ love your explanation 😊
Tosha's RUclips videos deserve and need a wider viewing ...
I'd love to know more about "liver time" in the early-morning hours. I presume it's the psyche metabolising fears within the subconscious?
