But the power of our minds doesn't stop there. How we choose to view the world not only changes our perception, it literally changes how the world responds to us. When we feel love, we project love. When we project love, others see it and project it right back at us. As a four year old, I remember seeing a carpet of bluebells in the ancient woodland, near to where I lived in Wales, UK. The beauty of it has remained with me all my life, I am now seventy six years of age and still remember the fragrance and beauty as though it was yesterday.
There is something truly special about a woodland filled with bluebells isn't there. There are a few patches left in the woods on the drive to work which will soon tuck back into the soil ready for next year's display 🥰
Funny' cause I asked myself very early'(4-5yrs olds) these same questions...about Life,its complexity and started wanting to know everything about it... but i grew up in a field of bombs' wirhout any nature ...without birds...Beirut... .
This makes me say that' no mater where we are born ,everyone gets the chance to find out more about who we really are..

I grew up in Oregon. Life has been rough but going into the mountains always cleared my mind and the only place I felt at complete peace.
Now I live in Ohio and it’s miserable. I need my mountains and nature
I started my spiritual journey 20 years ago through Buddhist philosophy and many spiritual teachers along with books. Have been able to change my life and mindset. Until I hit a road block 2 years ago when I suddenly lost my beloved daughter. To loss a child is to lose a part of your heart. I practice gratitude for the time that we got together, but what is hard is to find the new balance.
You will find your balance. I found the books of Garnet Schulhauser very insightful, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I swear this could have been spoken from my own mind. Well in a way it was. My simple maxim for life is "more nature more happy, less nature less happy". Just simply realizing that you are not separate from nature but instead that you are one with it fills you with an incredible sense of wonder joy and love. Namaste to all of you.
Dear Todd, yes I believe our mindset is really most of the work. Yet it is transform because it means that certain doors are being closed and certain people turn away from you. Sometimes it is a very lonely path once you decide to grow. Oh yes, gratitude ist a major key. My daughter has a mental disability and she is a very loving caring person and has a different view or taste of life. She reminds me of living in the moment each abd every day and yet I turn to forget about it.

So many things, but I start with family, my beloved dog, spiritual teachers, the abundance of nature, mountains, oceans, trees, flowers, foods, animals, etc. Colors, sounds, tastes, smells, if I go into detail, it can take me 45 minutes😂! Or just a few minutes if a busy morning. Awesome way to start the day! Even though I am not, I feel rich!🌺

Imagine yourself standing on the moon looking down at this beautiful blue ball called the Earth where we live as you get closer you start to see different nations and then different countries you start to see how we are all actually one we are all in one body called the Earth so the next time you think you are separate just remember we are all one a grateful for this understanding
❤ thankyou . I recently had a short circuit and had a PTSD disassociated event that I nearly took my own life. I can't remember why I did what I did because I love life. But I was holding hate in my heart due to old core memory tapes about how uncaring people are. And then I disengaged and isolated myself. I backed myself into a corner. I'm out now. It was a glitch and a cry for help. I felt judged but I was just judging myself. And in constant stress to be better and prove these imaginary people wrong (myself wrong) ❤

All of our issues individually and collectively are rooted in being disconnected from ourselves, from humanity, from Nature, and from the Divine whatever one chooses to call it. As Alan Watts said, “You can’t get wet from the word ‘water’.” What one calls it is not as important as one experiencing (being) it.
We must work toward experiencing the Divine within. It is a personal journey and relationship. Regularly spend time in nature. Do some grounding/earthing to feel nature. Quietly observe its beauty and divinity. We are extension of it like we are of our parents. Connect with strangers through kindness. Connect with yourself with self care and self compassion. We are all a work in progress.
We originated from a single life force that remains within us and around us. The only separation is in our mind. This false belief of separateness leads us to disrespect our bodies with unhealthy habits, each other, and nature. Everything and everyone are connected. We are part of the Oneness. Glad to meet you!
I give gratitude to "all my "celestial helpers". Feel like that covers any and all❤️

I agree when you say that when you can love yourself, you can love others. You can see that they are part of you. How interconnected we all are. Everything is a reflection of our own thought. I will watch as I love the message - just wanted to say that most of the outside world we don't see/process consciously. There are 10mill sensitive inputs at all times, and our brain simply needs to filter them down to a bearable minimum. So the world is actually *not what we see, only what our human senses decide to percieve.

I'm working through my feelings about the people who mistreated me. I can and often feel compassion for them, and other times I distance myself from them bc I don't want to be manipulated by them again. One person ignores me and I say nothing. Two others text me, but I choose not to respond. I want to be valued, so I am choosing to love myself first, disregarding those who are unkind. My true friends, living far away, would treat me better. Relationships seem to be complicated and complex.

Todd, You are opening to the true Truth of our universe. Unconditional love is the cement of our oneness. Man’s oneness with all creation and his relationship with his Creator. Man has a spiritual foundation that goes way beyond this temporal world with a duel belief system of good and evil. Thanks for putting out the videos that are showing man how to change his thought. Heaven is a state of consciousness and isn’t that what man really desires? No amount of man made money or material pleasures and satisfy the true longing of mankind on this planet earth.

Thank you for this video. It could not have popped in front of me at a better time. The way the world is going has gotten my heart so full of hate that it is eating me from the inside out. I am going to change this. Luckily I already live in the middle of nowhere in the mountains and I'm trying to sell sustained through permaculture and I'm producing real healthy good food. So I am blessed for that. I struggled with severe alcoholism for over 20 years and it almost killed me. I was drinking because I was running from something. And when you stop drinking that something comes up on you so fast it usually scares me back into the liquor store. But I've somehow managed to maintain my sobriety for 3 years and I'm striving to deal with all the stuff that I procrastinated with alcohol for so long. It is not easy
There are infinite ways to come to this basic realization. Thank you for putting it on RUclips. There are to many videos that try to induce fear about the future. This video is different is essential for human beings. Please do not have fear and worries. Do not give anyone permission to dictate your feelings and your thoughts.

That's why I don't like negative people and their comments. I'm not saying you, you are allowed to be negative if you want especially from what you have been through but your love Lights me up and calms me down if I get angry.
More love and more gratitude, in an instant would change humanity. Starting now. Why not now? If not now, when? Isn't it remarkable that everysingle human being wants to be loved and to love others fully.....yet.....how much time in the day do we focus on the why we can not give or receive it.
Love requires complete vulnerablity. Haven't we all gotten hurt in the giving and receiving?
It takes courage to love and be loved. It takes honesty. Love that I found you today. It was a very good fit. ❤
First, recognize that not everyone is on a spiritual path. Others are on a material path, or blind path. Those on a spiritual path are different and can feel hatred when the material pathways project onto the spiritual pathways. Just know the difference and spare yourself a whole lot of setbacks, both spiritual and material. Also, consoder compassion over empathy. Shelve empathy. To be spiritually empowered, one can not endulge in empathy. Compassion rather allows us to experience the spiritual journey with more strength and spiritual nimbleness. Empathy is a weight of random interpretation of someone else's momentary stasis.
