If the Lions win, KC gets a comfy lead to potentially take the 1 seed, but Detroit might have a good chance at beating KC after beating the one team that first stopped them, if they see each other in the SB. If Buffalo wins, KC will get a chance to see whatever other weakness Detroit has if there ever is going to be a SB meetup, but that means KC will have a tougher time on locking up that 1 seed.
