that moment when Eithan told Yerin that flowers are more beautiful when they grow in the wild than when they are grown in a green hose has so much more meaning after this story. you did good Will Wight, I loved this story thank you!

This was really good. You did a splendid job revisiting Cradle. I know you’re focusing on the last Horizon but I do look forward to when you revisit Traveler’s Gate.

Its an interesting perspective. I think the distance most Abadon have from the worlds they command Eathen to distroy makes it much easier for them to simply look at the consequences to the finite worlds they do protect and easily conclude that all threats must continue to be eliminated. Notice how in Mura's grand speech about how this is all the reapers fault she never actually acknowledges that what Ethan was doing before was completely erasing countless worlds as they fell. What ever suffering being caused here, however many people die unavoidably. It is unquestionable that less people are dead due to this incursion as apposed to fall by Ozriels scythe (Because this is a fraction of people in a world who are also being helped by the Abadon as opposed to literally EVERYTHING being destroyed). Especially as the reapers ensure that fewer worlds fall to begin with.
