🙌 When I moved to the area over 10 years ago, I didn't think I would come to love this place as much. Now I can't imagine myself anywhere else and love helping people find the same outcome.
That part of town has started to see a lot of new development and there's a lot of industrial building (warehouses, long term parking, etc.) so it tends to be a bit more "run down looking" but at the same time there are many neighborhood with multi-generational residents of Galveston that live in that area. With the new developments that are up and coming, the area is seeing a bit of a revitalization. As in many other parts of the island there are good things and bad, but I wouldn't refer to any part of town to be dangerous.

Whats the neighborhood like north of Broadway from 25th to 43rd street is it a safe area or is it pretty dangerous?
