Coach Grant, I am new to football and am not sure what postion to play and what drills to do to get ready for tryouts. I played a 8 game series of flag football but it is a 5v5 setup. I am in middle school. What are some drill that can help with all postions.

So my best drills that I post are solely for QBs & WRs- if you go to our QB & WR playlist there are a bunch there that can help

focus on one two hand catches dw about one hand catches, work on grip strength
One hand catches are overrated and unnecessary master two first only use one if u have no other choice if the corner is holding you
