I got to level 52 on my first run as I tried to do everything then about 3 weeks ago started NG+ and just finished story and blood and wine now I’m level 100 no xp grinds just playing

I always end as lvl 54.

I finished the game and i'm level 57 but in the main menu i can't start new game+, it doesn't let me. Why is that?
what are the best 2 swords and should i have a complete gear set (eg feline) for its benefits or use individual best asset pieces?

am I missing something, I got them to no visible hp bar, spammed ard with piercing cold about 17 times after and they still will not die, even tried wailing on them with my silver sword till it broke but did 0 damage

I'm new and I out leveled some quests and when I did them they only gave between 1 and 12 exp so maybe I'll need this later on, only level 31 right now.
The method was very good in the beggining but stopped now I was level 93 at first now 98 and getting 50 xp each run it just keeps decreasing everytime I do it and I’m so close to level 100….
I got lvl 64 in my first game, currently ng+ near the end of heart of stone, then toussaint, and lvl 93 i hope i can get that 100 lvl before ng++ 🤞

if you rush through novigrad first and then go to toussant, you can grind mont crane to level 100 and then run the whole rest of the game as level 100 with maxxed out gear and stats
@@nukenade4623 that's what I did for my second playthrought, got lvl 100 so fast , and tons of gold with that 😁
I got to level 57 with my first run and that’s totally fine. The only thing is I can’t use Witcher armor sets. And that’s what I actually want to do

@Boink erz Maybe he cleared everything, including Monte Crane Castle.
Phoenix 237 and Cool Hand Luke do an awesome high level exp farm. You can do 4k exp in roughly 40 minutes which is the length of the run to be effective.
You could also do the lvl 99 wraith farm, gives more xp and works on ng.

@@frankyboy13 Looking forward to seeing that video. You can do one run in 2 minutes or less and it yields a bit over 400xp with all xp bonuses. Should net at least 12k xp per hour. Hoping the upcoming patch won't change it.
Only rule is not to bring the wraiths to 1 hp with anything except piercing cold. Can use Yrden if you avoid the damage over time upgrade. Griffin armor works well as well as any potions or decoctions that reduce time between each aard sweep cast.
You also get a lot of mutagens this way.

@Marek Andreánsky I'm probably too lazy to look for it since I grinded to L100 in original game not NG+. There is some resentment that something like this comes out now..

What happens if you kill the dude up top?
Get to B&W asap just to upgrade your vineyard asap where you can get your exp bonus too! And wear a trophy and gear that adds exp+ while grinding! Not sure the max bonus you can get from exp buffs buti thunk you can get atleast 15%+ maybe 20%? I know you can get 5% on sword abd 5% from the the vineyard and 5% on armor. Don't remember off the top of my head if there's exp buffs on more than just a body piece or not but I'm 99% positive you can get atleast 15% buff fromm vineyard+sword+body armor?
15% is decent. 10 levels without a buff is 20k exp and with a buff adds an extra level and a half (3000 exp) so if you keep 15% on you starting at level 50 then you'll gain an extra 7.5 levels just from the buffs when hitting 100. So 92.5 without buffs or 100 with buffs.

You can’t get to level 60 in your first play through. I’ve maximized it and only gotten to 57. That’s all quests (even the hidden n ones that don’t appear) and all icons on the map. The closer you are to a quests’s level the more XP you get for it. So go sequentially. Try to complete every quest when you’re 1 level below it’s recommended level to maximize the XP

@@carlbravo2zerowilson i was talking about death march difficultly. You get significantly less XP which is actually nice if you do new game plus
@@Vyrall-nk2xd oh my bad and why is it actually nice if you do NG+? Also did you have enemy upscaling on?
@@carlbravo2zerowilson yeah enemy upscaling on and everything. I think it’s nice because let’s say you managed to get to level 65 in your first play thru. If you do new game plus, you’ll be maxed out at level 100 super fast. You’ll be unable to level up and advance after only like a 1/3 or the way through the play through. Being only to hit like 55 or so means you won’t hit level 100 on NG+ until almost the very end of the game so you’ve always got progression

I Can't progress the game in Battle Preparations quest, Avallace bugged at quest section: "let avallac'h know everything is ready" ..
Please if anyone found a solution just tell me, i cant finish the game..

That is a excellent place for farming weapons for $$ my second run I went there alot 295k .I started a new game but blood and wine only and in the process of farming for $
The portal is off whz
I guess it is patched already. I can activate the portal no problem, fight them no problem but they are immortal no matter what I've tried, using only steel sword and aard piercing cold. etc. Also instead of wraith's levels I can only see question marks. Now at level 56 and it seem this method is gone with patch 4.04.
Just go to NG+ and reach lvl 100 easy and enjoy This fabulous game exploring différent ways in NG+ instead of making dumb farming...

Many games do this. I think its okay that this is the same for witcher 3, because of how beautiful it is.
Why is that bad though? They could have made leveling twice as fast and given you an ability point every 2 levels and you could easily get to 100 then, but it's just an arbitrary number, there's no difference between the level cap being 50 vs 100

Well yeah since those are just ordinary bandits that are the same level as Geralt.
this pales in comparison with the Bastion wraiths

what I love about single player computer games is that everyone can do whatever they want. Armour, Weapons, Skills, side quests first, main quest first. Doesn't matter.
This kind of game is not my thing. I wouldn't enjoy it at all. I never had issues getting to level 100 by doing the main quest and dlcs with side quests as well. I do mostly side quests until I am a certain level and then do the main quest and get a nice boost.
Anyway, if I wanted to get to lvl 100 so badly, before I did this sort of farming, I'd use console cheat codes 🤣

Bro the highest i got on first run through was 59 and that was because using 20%+ experience with monsters . But even then it only gives you 1 point out of 2000 every single question mark done no quest fails, all quest complete . It would literally take 4 years everyday playing of just nonstop killing monsters. Sorry but its just not possible to get to level 100 on first run through I mean it is but the amount of time it would take is ridiculous. I'm LeveL 70 and just killed the toad prince Literally flawless victory didnt get hit once, yes im on death march. Actually the oferie mage killed me 3 times, he was harder than the prince. My dudes already waaaaay too good for anyone in the game on newgame+. I'm watching how your dude is and you must be playing with some crazy MODS because I can't do some of what I'm seeing on switch. "Stamina staying full and such"
Just open the console and set level 😂
Honestly when you're doing exploits like this, might as well just use the console, I don't see it as much more of a cheat than exploiting respawning enemies and grinding for hours
No, adding your on lvl with cheats is actually cheating...whereas farming enemies your still working for those lvls.

Why? The game can be beaten on the hardest difficulty. Including all the optioonal bosses.
