As somebody who's getting into different sports pre-Olympics, this is the best, most thorough breakdown of potential medallists I've seen in any sport. Would love to see breakdowns of other classes! Awesome video man.
UPDATE: I believe Nina Sterckx has decided to move down to the 49's good luck to her and Lucrezia Magistris of Italy who now qualifies in the 59KG class. Sorry for Ramos though.
A couple of things to note: Piron did make a total at the Panam Games last year it was only 181KG it didn't count to her qualification. Outside of those two events Afaik she has not competed since Tokyo. So my general point still stands. Also Chanu did compete at the Asian Games where she made a 191KG total. As for the comparison of old to new weightclasses the 105KG class can be compared to the 109 or 102 classes. I'm comparing it to the 102KG class. INB4 comments like "why did you use Cambei in your thumbnail instead of Hou?" You all know why so cough up the views.
Sorry when did Chanu compete in 2024 IWF world cup? ruclips.net/video/Yp4wJwWdEps/видео.html is the full session and I did not see her in the line up. Is there another session of 49KG?
@@zephyrsimon she competed in the B session. There was a B and C session for all Olympic classes at the world cup. I believe TAWA has a Livestream as well as the IWF's Facebook page.
We don't know, but she has to declare bodyweight soon I think tomorrow actually per here: iwf.sport/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=2256 We haven't heard any update about Ukraine being banned so, I think she will probably have to drop down.
Good question. Both have their tradeoffs non are perfect. Though in general most people use Sinclair since AFAIK it was developed first. Though the IWF has taken a liking to Robi using it as part of the qualification process for the 2020 Olympics.
@@sentralorigin The IWF does not have a official list for other, I couldn't find one for Robi points but I used this list for Sinclair from IronWise: ironwise.app/best-weightlifting-athletes/international-rankings/international-women-ranking/

Glad it was helpful. My plan is to run through all the categories. So stay tuned!
Great videos habibi. Make more

Keep up the good work🏋️🏋️
Jiang Huihua not going to the olympics is so unfair. She beat Hou 4 out of 5 competition and legit she beat Ri in the Qatar world cup.
it is ridiculous
