    As they said years ago-
He spent his ENTIRE life being held and loved!
That has to be some minor consolation - and how many can claim that?!

As a mother of a small baby I find this story heartbreaking and at the same time so inspirational. They did everything possible to make their pregnancy and their son the most special possible. Such a strong couple ❤ My heart goes to the family ❤

What a very difficult decision but joyous at the same time, you were able to give life to others while yours were breaking. He was such a beautiful baby. Every moment counts. Even though time was short I am happy you got to look into those beautiful eyes and he no doubt felt your love. May God bless you and comfort you and give you strength.

My mom was an OB/GYN nurse for over 20 years. When I showed her this story she related she only saw 2 or 3 cases in her 5 doctor practice in 20+ years. The Doctor's she worked for were so caring they never had the heart to tell the patient alone so my Mom was there for those 2 or 3 cases and they would do it in the exam room all the way in back and would allow them all the 'cry time' they needed and she remember sitting with a couple for almost 4 hours!
That is how rare and how devestating this diagnosis is. None of those families went through with birth. My Mom was dead set anti-abortion but she fully understood these parents couldn't go through with it. She never judged patients who went with abortion but in the case of these few couples she understood it!
RIP Dear Shane! In just 4 hours of life you left your footprints all over the globe! Sometimes God sends special parents special angels and Shane you were indeed an angel with incredible parents!

Sweet baby Shane, a beautiful boy. Though his stay on earth was brief, his legacy lives on in the hearts of those who love him. I know it. 50 years have gone by since the day my own dear boy was born and then left 27 hours later, his spirit flying free from a little body which could not sustain life. My world forever changed when I was awakened in the delivery room to the word ANENCEPHALY. Doctor never had a clue beforehand. Never allowed to see, touch, caress, tell him how loved he was. I know he waits for me, and I for him. What I don't know is why he was destined to die on my birthday, a day once happy, never acknowledged since the saddest day of my life.

The DR's are so non bias, and they don't give you any ideas or suggestions to help you. They don't tell you anything other then the diagnosis. And the social worker that worked with me was awesome and to be honest I wanted her to come home with my mother and I. She helped me and my mother through the process and dealing with everything and anything that came my way concerning my baby boy and myself. I have many memories of it and with time it has helped me get through the pain and loss that I've endured. Time definitely helped me...as time went on the crying was less or my strength to talk about it became stronger, easier. I can say that I wouldn't have changed anything that I did or didn't do that day my son was born. I hope you have the strength to keep moving forward and know that your not alone in this. And "We" can make a change. Take care. Stay strong.

Sorry for your loss, I hope one day you’ll be able To have a baby, but just remember this
🦋 You are both Parents to An Angel 👼🏻 Baby 🦋
I’m 35yrs old, Happily Married for 13 wonderful Years & Have got 2 Handsome, Caring, Gentle Boys
    Sam 13yrs old born at 30wks weighed 3lb 8oz & Aaron 9yrs Old at 32wks weighed 4lb 5oz
    🦋🦋 I have 22 Angel babies =
🦋🦋 1x Identical Twin Baby Girls Which I lost 1 on January 26th 2010 due to stopped growing & lost the other one at 26wks on 26th April 2010 weighing 326g born at 4:26am to a chromosome abnormality Triploidy (2 sets of my chromosomes & 1 Set Of her dads) and lived for a total of 10 mins then passing due to SIDS, Here in Australia the don’t fight to keep the baby alive if born under 24wks but as one our Girls was passed that we decided not to hook her up to machines as she would never have walked, talked, being able to eat or drink and also because my water broke 5wks prior we felt she had suffered enough. We never knew what was wrong till a few days after having her - her Name was Angel right from the beginning when we found out & since she was born over 20wks we had to have a funeral and I never want to bury a child of mine before myself.
🦋🦋 We also lost a baby at 19wks 6 days due to being told to terminate as our baby boy had severe Gastroschesis & Diaphragmatic Hernia Which was on 26th May 2004 - we sometimes regret terminating the pregnancy but tell ourselves that if we didn’t make that tough decision that we wouldn’t of fallen pregnant 6mths later with our now soon to be 13yr Old son Samual, then we found out 3yrs ago that my cousin also had a baby but a girl with the same severe Gastroschesis & Diaphragmatic Hernia and was also told to terminate but she didn’t and her daughter had to have 3 operations not long after being both but she lived and is now a healthy happy 12yr Old, was really hard to meet her to. The others were miscarriages between 12wks Gestation - 18wks Gestation.
🌺 Many Doctors blamed the shape of my uterus which is a Bicornuate Uterus with a 3/4 Septum + iv got Endometriosis.
🌺 4 months After we lost our daughter I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and lost a kidney + had to have radiation & Chemo then 2yrs after that had cleared I got it back again but this time I used some cord blood I had kept from our son Aaron and have been in remission for the 2nd time now for 10mths
🌺 4yrs ago I had my tubes tied so I couldn’t never fall pregnant again And currently waiting on a Radical Hysterectomy = take out everything so no more ovulation or period as the Endometriosis every month is close to being more painful then labour for 4 - 7 days straight.
🌺 I have a business making & Selling the safest Candles & Melts in Australia + Various 💯% Natural Body Products for the past 5yrs and I love it,
🦋🦋 I do make memorial candles and would love to make you or anyone else a travel tin memorial candle - just send me your Full Address, Name to send to, babies name, baby’s date of birth + Date Of passing, baby’s gender if known, weight + time if known - I don’t mind the location, I’m in Finley, New South Wales, 2713 Australia 🇦🇺 & id be more then happy.
    🦋🦋 Email details to meltcandlesbodyproducts@gmail.com
🌺 I’m also a Qualified Aromatherapist & Enrolled Nurse Specialising In The area’s of both Paediatrics & Coronary Care
🌟 You’d be surprised at what herbs and essential oil blends you can’t have in pregnancy whether it’s your first or fifth time being pregnant and especially if lost a baby examples are: True / Common Lavender called Lavendula Augustifolia, Anise, Cumin, Citronella, Nutmeg, Basil, Cinnamon Leaf, Black Pepper, Juniper Berry, Jasmine, Sage, Clary Sage, Rose, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense = many of these can cause anything from Birth defects, Placenta Thinning To Baby Passing.
🌟🌟 The type of lavender called Lavendula Offisinals is SAFE 🌟🌟
    🦋🦋🦋🦋 My Name is Tash & I’m A Proud Angel Mum 🦋🦋🦋🦋

Gastroschisis is entirely treatable. It's really not that big of a deal. It doesn't affect the baby in any way other than it needing a surgery, maybe two to put the intestines back in. Sometimes they don't even need a serious surgery at all gravity just put it all back inside their afternoon after birth and only a small procedures required. You sound really unbalanced. I've lost several babies and I would have cut my arm off to have them with me gastroschisis or not. Can't believe you. You're a proud Angel mom huh?
You typed all of that out in order to sell candles. Disgusting
