The really big stuff looks like very expensive to build, the smaller stuf was some neat ideas. A lot of forms are function, square and blocky fits everything and is cheap to build. The tree harvester adapting to slope looked cool. The moularity looked like it had some potential too.
Turning Caterpiller into Fire Ant. Did you talk to guys who ran the equipment before designing? Or just the bling department? Got to design for Maintenance, Visibility, Usability. I did like the designs BTW, great 3D artist, but as an owner-operator, what gets me going is easy maintenance and versatility and high production rates, accessibility, visibility. creature comforts
I like the look of it but it would be hard to transport and the legs would need to be really strong especially when steering. It is a good idea but it could use articulated steering rather than skid steering. This is much easier on the legs.
Pulling a dozer away for a rebuild must be painful. LOL Actually, I am kidding. The video demonstrates how awesome these rebuilds are. The money saved vs purchasing a new dozer is quite remarkable. If you examine the video carefully, even the smallest details are taken cared of. Which translates into a well operating machine. Plus the work must be warranted and that likely makes this effort well worth the cost. Cool video.🔧
I love quad tread designs . but this has me wondering if they are not effective . the only quad designs I have ever really seen in life is farming tractors and basic work construction tractors converted.... I'd love to see more of the quad design
I like the video is good, interesting to watch

it's good the construction vehicle is sophisticated, where is the photo from, isn't it from google 🤔🤔🤔 I'm from Indonesia🇮🇩🇮🇩
Impressionante estas maquinas. Vou fabricar algumas dessas tambem em minha industria.
Not sure multiple tracks on a side would work any better, I could see a big rock wedging it self in the track causing a bind or damage or accident.
They're all really nice, but some of those larger ones will cost a fortune to transport!

Oddly, I like the insect look... something about them screams hard working. xD
