@@elimDBZ When drawing characters, artists will typically draw a simplified naked version of the character to act as the "base" for the character/pose. Helps with making the anatomy look correct when you draw the clothes on top of it. In this clip specifically, Kiara's talking about the upcoming clothing design contest stream, where Ina provided naked base versions of the holo chars for Kiara + contestants to draw clothing designs on top of.
there's 3 types of artists: type a-the basis is just like a barbie doll, no features needed since their purpose is getting covered up anyway typa b-i don't want this to come off as indecent so i'll add some thin underwear to the basis just so it's not naked type c-fuck it i'll draw them nipples and bipples they're getting covered later anyway we're balling here guys i feel like ina is the first.
I draw like that as well, since I'm still learning basic anatomy, and want to make sure the proportions of the character are correct, before drawing the clothing/armor on top of them
In my experience that's super common at all levels, both beginners and professionals, largely for exactly that purpose. It's just bodies, all a part of the creation process.

I'm definitely type C...
Unless she does it differently when no streaming (unlikely) she is definitely type a
Type d - Draw both lewd and non-lewd versions, the latter behind a paywall because you're a starving artist.
