Dear John, You are looking very poorly. Please don’t overtax yourself. May you have a beautiful holiday season with your family. Rest, recuperate and rejuvenate. Pretend you are a plant. You are always so delightful to watch but your health should be your first priority. May the new year bring you professional success, personal happiness and great health.
John , I've recently discovered your RUclips channel. My husband and I just love it. Your knowledge, garden tips and your sense of humour. We try and watch as many videos as we can .it's much better than anything on TV at the moment. We have a similar climate on Vancouver island as you have in Ireland. Keep the videos coming. You're doing a great job.
I've had a similar experience with marjoram - what a thug of a plant! It's spread everywhere in my little orchard which I want to turn into a haven for native insects etc. See Sid Hill's latest vid. Super video John - you're a high energy guy!
Sorry you had Covid John. You’re looking pretty good. So take care of yourself. You are so lucky to have green around you yet. Here where I live we are under inches of snow and it was 30 degrees below 0 Fahrenheit. So enjoy that green and thanks for the pop up video!
Surprised having had Covid you’re even out making a video and doing physical work in the garden. Do take care we can wait, I would hate to hear of a relapse. As always enjoy your videos. 👍❤️😊
Your love and enthusiasm of gardening, and knowledge most importantly, is so cool to watch. Happy Christmas. Take it easy after 'the covid' don't over do it too much!
One day I would love to see an interview of John by Tommy Tiernan - both great characters with passion for their work and I have no doubt it would be hugely entertaining. Great seeing a new video by John here this week!
You’ve had a rough trot with the spicy cough, best wishes to you and just to let you know my veronicastrum is looking very stout and handsome after the Chelsea chop here in Melbourne Australia, so many thanks for that too.
Thank you John. Maybe do another video soon and tell us what to do with plants that have suffered because of all the cold weather. I am in Ireland too. I have a lot of black plants now after down to minus 9 Celsius. Don't know if they are dead or will ever come back again.
So GOOD to see you on the Tubes again!! The Viburnum- give 'em hell!!! I have that same fight with ligustrum here in Texas. It's really taking over entire wildlife areas... Merry Christmas to all !!
Constructive critisism...running shoes and a pick John?? Camera person needs to have the sun at their back to stop film overexposure in this and previouse posts.
Nothing more entertaining than watching John clambering about in the undergrowth with a pick axe! Merry Christmas to you! X
He’s the best fun to watch and a wonderful teacher. I love all the tips&tricks. Thanks for being so cool and down to earth John 🎉
Grateful for another dose of my favorite gardener! Thanks John Lord!

What a pleasant surprise you popping up, thanks for video. Sorry you've had covid again, stay safe both.❤️🏴
Thanks for filming even though you’re just barely recovered from your illness. I’m looking forward to seeing how your garden transforms! Take care!
So glad to see a video from you today. You're enthusiasm for gardening is contagious!

Great to see you back gardening John! 🙂
Missed you John. Haven't seen you in a while. Good to have you back. Love from Canada!
There surely is a Kabota or some other brand with a mini or such digger. Spring is only 80 some days away. P.s. rest is the answer.
Love watching John dig it all up. So cathartic.
Always interesting to watch a guy ploughing bush to get tips etc.. cheers!
The polypody looks brilliant en masse. Nice to see a new video. Take care.

3 seconds in and I'm on the floor in tears x°D
Thanks for the Video.
Everything is so crowded! The garden, or at least this section, needs a drastic overhaul.
Suwon Mbh, video mu duowo men
John can I cut back all types of viburnum the same way ie cut back severely in the spring. I have one that has become a beast!
Can anyone tell me the name of the hydrangea next to the bamboo?
I thought he was gonna find Jimmy Hoffa in there!
Its hard to find pampas grass near me in zone 7. Do u ship to the US
You’ve gone mad mate!
Is your soil naturally that black or is that from years of wood chips decaying?
Lesson: Don't be the shrub that messes with John Lord's sense of continuity.
Why wouldn’t you have given away that big plant instead of killing it 😞?
John, you need to take care of yourself. Just do a little at the time.
Yes. It looks like vandalism. 😂
