Hi Christina thank you for your yoga videos! When I do child's pose should I put my forehead to the mat or chin? When I put my forehead to the mat it really puts pressure on my nose because I have a very hard cartlidge the whole way down. Can I tip my head to the side?
Hi! I just noticed you haven't got any answer yet. Never on your chin! This way you crunch your neck instead of lengthening it. When I feel my nose is in the way, I simply go down more, so like try to place the crown of your head on the mat or anywhere in between :)

Did you know that the class gets interrupted by ads? And the ads don't go away until you get up and click skip ads.

Political ads in the middle of a yoga sequence is a really bad idea. Before or after is fine.
I was interrupted several times with annoying ads despite clicking "skip ads"
A lovely short sequence, however being interrupted every two minutes did not allow for any restorative energy to happen.
