When English-born Erin said "I do" to her boyfriend Jean-Baptiste, she knew a difficult question had to be addressed: where would the couple build their future? While the 15th-century manor they settled on may have appeared elegant on the outside, little did the couple know just how many hours of construction lay ahead as they strove to transform this property into a fairytale Chateau - with incredible results.
