- Another cold but dry day in Scotland. Nothing better to do but pull the bobber out the garage and cruise up the A82 on the side of Loch Lomond, soaking in the scenery.
My Bobber is pretty much brand new so I don't expect to have any issues with it, however that was not to be the case.
Having been out on it the day before with no problems, I was surprised to say the least when I put the key in and heard nothing when I turned it. No fuel pump noise, no ignition, no crank when attempting to start. Immediately my mind went to a battery issue but that was quickly ruled out.
Why oh why was my Bobber playing dead. To find out you will need to watch.

Very informative. Thank you.
Told greg not to tell anyone… that never lasted long 😂
Funny thing is, that was a day I was going to meet with him.
Thank you for the information, now logged in my (failing) memory bank 😉
Happy to help
Good and informative video bud 👍🏻
Thanks for the tip…I’ll keep my eyes open… if mine all the sudden goes dead..this will be the first place I look… thanks again..
Glad you took the time to share.
Happy to help where and when I can. Have a look at my other videos. Still finding my feet on youtube but any likes given will help the channel grow
Nice new vid man, keep it up.
fancy swapping your down pipes for my black pipe. I want to buy the motone mayhem shorty in brushed metal
I had to think about this…. But i like the brushed downpipes. Sorry. Good luck with your new pipes.
I just got one of these and wanted to ask about the short rear fender, is that length enough to keep your back free of spray in the wet?
I would love to say yes… but no it isnt. I am now thinking of fitting a full size fender back for anything other than bike meets/shows in anything but excellent weather.
You quickly get fed up of the muddy stripe up your back.
