You guy’s are great! Started attending your University of YAA (😊) about a month ago! The YAA crew educated me so much on many, many aspects of car buying, trading in my car, terms and phrases in the car dealing arena etc that I was very prepared to do battle with a sales person and the dealership!
Long story short, I got my car Lexus ES 350 F Sport for 3K less then their list price all because of what I learned through YAA and carsedge! I closed the deal on May 31st which put a lot of leverage in my favor as I knew from being a YAA student that the end of the month or year is the best time to buy a car!
The out the door price lesson where all fees were broken down helped me cut through their fat and their inflated/junk fees. Lastly, I used cardedge’s marketplace car comparison to show them that their car was overpriced with similar cars in the area. That sealed the deal and resulted in an overall 3k drop in the list price! Thanks YAA faculty!

I stopped by the Ford dealer for a part and then walked the truck lot. They are parking them real close together these days. Some 22's still for sale but no discounts and high prices on the 23's. Theres a Chevy dealer near by so even though I am a Ford guy I wanted to compare prices.. night and day difference. A sales person actually approached me for the first time in years and said they were offering discounts. I might end up being a Chevy guy haha. Ford just doesn't seem to care anymore. I was so set on Ford I never really looked into GM but I'm about to.
