Hi! Just wanted to share my experience. I've taken both courses with Jack Grayle and Jason Miller and yes they are very different experiences. JM is a practical sorcerer. If someone is not interested in practicing magic and learning a magical system through doing the work each week, it will not be worth the price. Anyone who is curious should read his book Real Sorcery and get a feel for his approach there, doing the work in that book before investing in Sorcery of Hekate. JG is an amazing instructor and gives the background needed to work with Her and the PGM like Tarot Shrink said. Comparing the two, Grayle is more accessible to beginner-intermediates trying to find their way. Tbh Cyndi Brannen's book Keeping Her Keys is also a good way to actively work with Hekate, not sure I agree about her approach being pagan, Cyndi would disagree with that part 😄 but yes her Covina school in the biggest investment of the 3 and is more for devotees who want to deepen their practice in a coven setting. She does offer a monthly read-along course for the KHK book for newbies to ask questions, etc. So if I had to say where someone new should start it'd be Grayle or Brannen, depending on their prior magical experience and what kind of relationship you want to cultivate with Her. I believe that Sorita also has a group but I am not familiar with it, I've only read her books. Waiting patiently for to release vol 2 of Circle for Hekate.
The Goddesses And Gods ARE REAL! They Are Ready, Willing, And Able To Work With Us. Study Well, Take Them Seriously, Are Prepare To Be Shocked!!! Thanks Natalia. I Really Enjoyed This! ❤💕💛
Thank you for this video! It really convinced me to sign up for Grayle's course and I am speechless. Her energy shines through his every word. Can't wait for his book to arrive as well.
This was an incredible sharing, thank you, truly, deeply thank you. When you mentioned 'grotesque', I immediately thought of how BW in her SKT named her 5 of Chalices "The Grotesque" and it's one of the most moving depictions I've read for this card as well as how she defines/describes The Grotesque. Hecate began calling me a few years ago (I'm in my early 60s) and her appearance was no surprise at all at that time; she remains vividly present in my life in all her multi-faceted resonance for both attraction and repulsion. And, yes, for me, as soon as Circle of Doors arrived last year, I knew instantly it was the deck Hecate desired to speak to me through. Blessings!
This was so wonderful hearing your experiences and reference information. Wonderful decks for working with Hecate also. I haven’t ever worked with her, however I do feel like she has called to me a couple of times through synchronicities or that I should be working with her. Thank you for sharing with us. ❤
Hekate is big on Qliphoth also. She showed up for me as i entered the spheres. Had a couple of strange dreams about her. Great video. Thank you for sharing ❤ ive heard she is a great guide to help people with the Qliphoth and tunnels.
Hello!! I totally agree with you about Hekate and her multifaceted personality. I feel her more as a mother(she was the protector of families and houses and children) so I feel like she a protective mother and mothers can be very dark if you hurm their children. I have the Oracle of the Hekatean path and I like it, I use it as a direct response from Hekate and I understand it.The creator said in a live (last week hosted dy Tarotstache) that is going to publish a bigger guidebook than the small that Lo Scarabeo gives(hate those!) and can't wait for it but intuitively I understand the deck. Thank you for the video!! ❤❤
Often the more ancient and primordial goddesses are very multifaceted. Same as Hekate, the Northern European goddess Holda is a goddes the underworld and witchcraft but there are so many more aspects and layers to her which give her such depth and complexity. I was wondering how you view divinity. As an archetype, an aspect of the divine feminine, an individial entity etc
здравствуйте Наталья! I’m Jenny! I have watched for a while but this is the first time I’m commenting. I just felt I have to let you know, you are a huge inspiration to me, a woman I greatly admire on many levels. When people ask who my “idols” are, or whom I would ask to drinks if I could, you are one of the first people I mention. TL;DR: I have a similar academic and spiritual persuasion to you, and wanted to let you know how much you inspire me, while providing what amounts to a (glowing, of course) recommendation for your channel, I suppose! I am 33, have been learning and practicing witchcraft and Tarot for ~ 21 years (!), and have 2 undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Forensic Psychology, and my Masters in Investigative (forensic) Psychology. I also have myriad mental health…quirks…. That I have been working on, having taken a break from academia to do so. I am staring down the long, intimidating barrel of choosing a doctorate and a university to apply to, and it often keeps me up at night. Watching your videos is just so inspiring to me! You are the embodiment of what I aspire to achieve, namely, to balance (seemingly perfectly!) spiritual practice & exploration, scientific rigour, and personal growth in order to create just what you have: a well-rounded, empirically mindful, spiritually fulfilling practice, and a hugely successful psychology career! Not to mention a fellow armchair magician and lover of life in dark mode (!), lover of books, and candle-buyer extraordinaire! Anyway, enough waffle. I just wanted to try to convey some of the appreciation I feel when your videos pop up on my feed! Lots of love from Scotland!
Hi Jenny. That’s very kind of you to share, thank you. Trust me, I am just as unbalanced, as so many of us and have way more in common with my viewers. I am so excited about your doctorate studies! Always great to meet another curious anecdotally ever learning mind 🥰
Wow. I started this video thinking, “Eh. I don’t think I have any Hekate energy/attraction, but I love listening to Natalia, so…” Then I started thinking, “Hang on- what do I actually know about Hecate, anyway? Better do a quick google to make sure I know what we’re talking about here.” After looking up Hecate, “Oh Holy Fuck.” 🤦♀️🤯 Where would I even start with the breadcrumbs…? Death doula is obvious. When I was about to go into the abyss in my life back in 2010, I adopted a large black dog as my companion. My current dog is a guard dog who wants to guard my door & puts himself between me and any possible threats. My mother’s nickname for me growing up was “Portal Hoverer” because I would walk into a door and stand there without going through it- before everyone one else in the group at the front - blocking the entrance. When I went to find a Chod damaru back in 2018 after I was initiated into that practice, the only affordable one I could find was a snakeskin one instead of the pretty cloud skin ones. Right now, I LITERALLY live at a crossroads. 👀 Mostly I work with Troma/Kali because of Buddhist practice & Chod, but Hecate is definitely my archetype. No doubt. I seem to live in liminality much of the time. I had no idea about Hecate one way or another until this video.
OMG N I am nodding my head as I read what you share and can’t believe how starkly her presence is in your life. And talk about literally guiding people to the other side, 😮😮😮🤯
@@tarotshrink oh- and there was the time I played Hecate in Macbeth…which was paired with the role of Lady Macbeth because there was enough time to switch roles/costumes in the show. 😂
Love this video! What you shared about Hekate attracting those who guide at the crossroads resonated deeply. I’m a psychotherapist and she came into my life in a big way during graduate school. I’ve been working with her ever since via Jason Miller’s course and approach. It is for folks looking to engage in magical practice via ritual and spell craft. I will add that after take all 3 of his courses, there is a mystical undercurrent that blew me away. There’s a lot of mystery to be revealed through his teachings. I’m considering Jack’s course because I love learning and have been impressed with his interviews. His approach may be very different from my current practice which excites me. Finally, I totally agree that many decks could be linked Hekate because she refuses to be defined. I’ve suspected she has resisted having decks made specifically for her because of her liminal nature. That’s my theory anyway. Thanks for the video!
They are not printing the Hekate Tarot deck anymore. It is due to the printing company she was dealing with to get better quality color going out of business and the harassment she received from customers. As she said she is done with it all.
Lovely Natalia 🐻 😉, I watched this yesterday but had about 2 ½ hours 💤 & was relaxing before I had more to do & fell out cold😂, finally finished today! Yesterday I got my nails done same colour as yours but made them R’nR in honour of dear 🎶 friend’s speaking engagement today. Then last night I remembered something I had to give to Hecate at a crossroads (5 rds meet *very* powerful!) just around the corner from me under cover of night shrouded in my vintage hooded black cape😂 (nosy neighbours😉) but had completely forgot about your video until this morning! The synchronicities keep rolling in; even today when everyone important in 🎶came to little old me & hubby😊, not the minor 🎶friends who hurt me badly repeatedly (recently NYE, sent off w/ ❤), riding on coattails as per usual. Love how my perspective has flipped when I returned to my precocious early magickal studies. Can’t wait to check out your links & TYSM for being a shining🌟 here! J. 😘🧡🎸🎶⚡️🤘🦋🏍

Ohhh I am so glad there will be a book but I agree, if you know her aspects, the deck alone is enough.

Hi. I’d say all of the above and more. Divinity is an energy that in my view, can’t be pin pointed or characterized by one construct.
