- Hello friends! I'm back with another part for my Re-Building Windenburg series. This time I renovated my favourite EA build Factory One to better fit in with my aesthetic. I hope you like it!

This lot is showing that there is CC in it on the gallery. There is not. I've removed my Mod folder, disabled my Mods and deleted the CC I have... It still shows... *RAGE QUIT*
Just search under the hashtag #DevonBumpkin and allow for CC in the filtering to download the lot :)
I've got a similiar problem some time ago; in my case it was a default replacement -funnily for sims eyes. Disabling mods and removing cc didn't work at all, I had to copy/paste my saves and delete the whole my documents / ea games / sims 4 folder so that the game could regenerate it. Was quite a pain in the behind. It still kinda is an issue, while my builds upload fine now, I still have to completely remove the mods folder to upload sims. Meh.
It's a fantastic house, I love it, and perhaps it's some comfort you're not the only one with the game being over-eager with cc-tagging.
Deligracy has the same problem!
This is exactly why I put on the CC filter anyway. I have a lot of things show up as CC on my gallery even though I never placed any CC in it. It's very much broken when it comes to that feature. I really hope one day the gallery gets a major makeover. There is so much spam type of creations on the gallery that I'm sure it really messes up the system.
I also have the same problem but in my case, the digital sketchpad tagged as a CC. I removed it from my lot and the problem was solved. Perhaps there is an in-game item got tagged as CC
I can’t find it on console gallery :( I’ve tried the hashtag and because it’s on console there’s no cc filter option.
Devon you should seriously be designing buildings, cities and landscapes for video games! the facades of the factory reminded me of assassin’s creed unity. seriously your talent is PHENOMENAL!

I agree, it's the best ea build. The Moschino items really take it up a notch. It definitely seems like a fun house to play in.
Btw, off topic but watching this I just realized something. I think I know why Get Together was such an odd/random pack... I think it's because it seems like it should've been a university pack.. with the clubs, the partying, the European world... It seems like it had all the makings of a university pack.. without the university. So a lot of us ended up feeling like.. ok, what's the main point of this pack again? Heh. Idk, maybe I'm late to realizing this (wouldn't be he first time lol).
But anyway, one thing is for sure - if and when we do get a university pack, Get Together will really mesh well with it and finally meet its full potential. Do I think it's a shame that we have to pay twice for one fully fleshed out expansion? Yep. Am I still going to do it? Yep.
Love the builds, especially the detailing bits. You, Harrie, Sims Architect and Eunagina are my favourite builders; you explain your thinking behind the build and detailing. I download your and Harrie's videos and play them when I'm building (Sims 3) because they're inspiring. And copyable sometimes. And because your cheerful energy and unique voices perkme up at the end of a long day at the salt mines. Books are not the only therapy - one can live vicariously through people building virtually for simulated people; it's like a Douglas Adams novel!
LOVE! Wish I'd had the Moschino windows when I renovated this lot a few months ago! I made it into a community lot, I have it set as a lounge because that's how it fits best in my game, but it's set up as a restaurant on the ground floor, bar on the mezzanine, and the attic is a library/cafe. I just love this lot, your interpretation is stunning!
Speaking as a person who really struggled to renovate Factory One I am really grateful for this. It seemed no matter what I did it didn't seem to turn out how I wanted it but you did a great job with this. I mean it actually looks like a factory conversation with windows and the industrial lighting. It was exactly what I was looking for.

It's quite stylish, Aden. Keeping the original footprint and theme of this build was a good move, I think, but you've improved it ever so much. I really like the catwalk, and the neon.
Have fun on the beach! Soak up enough sun for winter storage, haha. In my case, "The Girls" don't take all that well to tanning, so I am super jealous....

I'm almost done watching all your videos. It's always fun to see how creative builders were before we had certain things in the game. Anyways as always another beautiful build and I don't play in Windenburg hardly ever(well to be honest I'm a storyteller anyway) but I've seen you do quite a few builds that have me inclined.
Elegant re-build of this house, which I always have identified as a church, haha! But not any more. And yes , the houses in StrangerVille ARE so ugly, those in the more expensive area. Have a nice vacation!

I think this is the first time I see you renovating an EA lot and even though you kept the exterior almost intact ( almost meaning you did some landscaping) I can tell it's you who renovated it. Like I said on twitter, it screams "ADEN" a mile away ❤️❤️❤️

wow this lot really does suit the moschino pack so much! it looks amazing :D totally agree with you that EA needs to make better lots, they should hire some sims builders like yourself to make their lots more exciting! I hope you enjoy your holiday, you deserve it
A Montessori game pack would be cool, to expand on babies-kids. Side note: I'm still hoping for either preteens, and/or a height slider.

Hello! I spent over an hour looking for this on the gallery, both by your EA ID and by hashtag, even by item name. I don't know how to enable gallery search to include CC, but I assume this to be the problem. Any chance you could link to this on the gallery or possibly even zip the tray files and link to those?

Oh daaamn this looks good. I still dig the Partihaus, but I think they'd be pretty happy in this version of Factory One too! Will grab it as soon as I get the Mosquito pack in a few days! (Getting two bundles with Realm of Magic, haha. Seasons and GF, RoM and Dine Out, Perfect Patio and Mosquito. So much new stuff!!)
Also speaking of cool exteriors, terrible interiors - Hound's Head in Brindleton Bay. Nice big build, but the inside is TERRIBLE. This was my reno of it. imgur.com/a/kRwXfz3
