Sorry you went through this trauma due to a horrible husband. You are a survivor and beautiful. Sounds like PSTD. Due to extreme trauma the brain was trying to cope. God will send you an amazing man, compassionate and kind. Women do not stay with a man sent from the devil because of children not when you are being abused. Let me tell, many children would rather have one parent and be happy. If you are a Christian always pray and seek God's direction about the man you want to marry. Holy Spirit will show the truth about the person good or bad. People will always hide the wolf inside them after marriage and the real character appears. If you are a good man pray also about the woman. God always reveals through dreams or your spirit. Discern the person. I now do not joke with seeking God about people. Unfortunately about 60 percent of African men in abroad are abusive towards their wife, girlfriends and children, I am not just saying it, I also had been through it all. Mistreated physical, spiritual and emotional. So women let's wise up
The only remedy is leaving the marriage before u go mad or sick Soo that u can take care of ur kids that keeping u in that’s deathfull marriage Rather bee a single mother with ur good health for ur kids

You need to learn extensively about other things than what you are programmed to think before you spew anything that isn’t wisdom. Emotional abuse is the only abuse of all that kills people surely but quickly realistically that is why the saying words are powerful exists. It starts with verbal abuse which transitions to mental abuse that is why in Africa a lot of us are traumatized cos parents specifically can say things from childhood to you that you can never amount to anything which becomes your truth.
