Arcade bloater was something...this garage mfer, though. Not had adrenaline like it since my 1st Rat King encounter. Holy cow, No Return is amazing!!

I’m a bit late to respond to yall but I’d recommend playing as Jesse on very light for this. May take multiple tries but you need to grab the double barrel shotgun and incendiary rounds from the trading post, upgrade the damage is going to be very useful. Use pills for max capacity with pipe bombs, then just give it your all

Little tip that u might already know but you can pick up multiple pieces of ammo by holding triangle instead of picking up each individually.

Yup, I know but for some reason it doesn't work as well in the remastered version. It's weird I don't know if it's on my mind or something but that's what I noticed.

You can also toggle auto pickup on in settings, believe me, it's saved me arse so many times in no return

Top run that, i learned a lot about how you approached it by just standing off and taking out the stalkers/runners etc rather than my current tactic of just focus on the boss. Enjoyed watching that

I thought it was just me having difficulties with this boss, but the comments make me feel better.. I thought the encounter would be over if the boss was dead so I did that with 1% health left and a stalker got me like 5 seconds later :))))))

Yeah but has his good revolver to compensate and if you get it you take less damage so it's ok to get hit 1 time if the bloater isn't rushing.
