I just watched the Mega Movers on the History Channel where they just saved a nice home from the ocean. They said the owners almost waited too long to save it. It was a very nice home too. It is also built with some kind of special type of lumber & it's extremely expensive. That's why houses in the Hamptons are so expensive.
I'm perfectly fine in my middle-class tract home. It's simple, cozy and what I'm used to. I don't need to take a jog just to get around my property. I'm also not used to that kind of opulence and extravagance, so even if you gave me any of these properties for free along with a billion dollars, I'd sell the property, because it would totally stress me out.
