I had an Indiana state trooper begin escalating towards me. I drive a tractor trailer and was running with traffic, we were all going fast since it was just before Thanksgiving. He came hauling ass off the shoulder and came straight towards me. He issued a written warning since he knows I’m unable to fight those, I requested a citation and that’s where he got pissed. That’s when I lost a lot of trust in law enforcement

The cop then called him on it by asking for the bill of sale. When you first get a car or bike, you often keep the bill of sale on you until the new registration comes through. He didn't have the bill of sale. Also, the vin came back and showed that he absolutely didn't buy the bike last week. The biker is a liar, and the cop did nothing wrong but catch him in multiple lies.

Where I've lived most of my life flatly said, "We don't like motorcycles." Until the captain found me in the police station, where I followed the cop on my bike, giving me a ticket for, "No eye" protection. The cop asked me if I had glasses I said, "Yes." I don't have to wear them but to read with. Captain came out and asked if my bike was the one in the parking lot. It's 4:00am! When I said, "Yes." He said, "Wait here." and went through a door. I had an Indiana state trooper begin escalating towards me. I drive a tractor trailer and was running with traffic, we were all going fast since it was just before Thanksgiving. He came hauling ass off the shoulder and came straight towards me. He issued a written warning since he knows I’m unable to fight those, I requested a citation and that’s where he got pissed. That’s when I lost a lot of trust in law enforcement

Wrong. The biker got caught, likely speeding. The cop recognized him as the same guy who ran from him a week ago, so he asked him how long he had the bike. The biker lied and said he just got it. The cop then called him on it by asking for the bill of sale. When you first get a car or bike, you often keep the bill of sale on you until the new registration comes through. He didn't have the bill of sale. Also, the vin came back and showed that he absolutely didn't buy the bike last week. The biker is a liar, and the cop did nothing wrong but catch him in multiple lies.

Where I've lived most of my life flatly said, "We don't like motorcycles." Until the captain found me in the police station, where I followed the cop on my bike, giving me a ticket for, "No eye" protection. The cop asked me if I had glasses I said, "Yes." I don't have to wear them but to read with. Captain came out and asked if my bike was the one in the parking lot. It's 4:00am! When I said, "Yes." He said, "Wait here." and went through a door. I heard bloody hell break loose as the Capfain started in on the officer. During this he yelled, "He's got a fairing on the motorcycle! He does not need fucking eye protection!" I left when told. Today it's not that way.

They said they had video and when we went to court and they couldn't find it and they thought I would just walk away. They were wrong. They were taken to court and I got my bike back and got 150,000 for the wrongful arrest and defamation of my character

And take it off but make sure it's still running and named at them so they can be recorded as to what they are saying once you record they.
