Dragonball literally saved my life I was 100lbs anorexic and going in and out of hospitals goku motivated me to start training martial arts and weight training 10 years later sitting at a very healthy 160lbs of lean muscle thank you akira toriyama and all those that made this beautiful piece of work known as dragonball the legacy will never die

Train don't strain ;)
Best advice I've gotten in being physically active weather or not you choose to go to a gym.
I've been 165-175 lean and was able to move 350lbs bench and incline bench but only run a few miles like 2-3.
Now I am more lean and can run 10-20 miles depending on daylight availability. I do not tire I just run out of time.
Keep training!
Also can surf for over 8 hrs at one session.
If you don't know that is paddling through and into waves for 8+ hrs most ppl got 3-4 hrs of that in them. Because of noodle arm. Basically your arms will go limp and you flop like a fish. 🐠
I only say that because being in the water so often for the last 3 winters asked if I got out and are usually very surprised to hear when I am able to stay in for anything over 4 hrs. Coming from ppl who surfed their whole life's about 20+ years. Many different ppl.
I only bring the surfing up I guess because I watched DBZ all the different sagas after and before I got up to surf...
Dragon Ball came during a time of my life when I thought all my suffering was pointless and leading to a dead end that has no more significance than the beginning of my life did. I wanted my existence and suffering to be over. Dragon Ball put the idea in my head that all suffering, whether it be physical or mental, can be built up as a strength if you never stop believing you can improve yourself and the lives of others. As an adult, I find myself wanting to be more like Goku and to face my challenges without hatred and to view it as a chance to test myself against greater opponents. Like many, I only knew Toriyama through his work, but is someone’s influence on my life I will miss.

DBZ came to me in my darkest moments, it made me realize that i needed to fight the problems in my life just like Goku, woth Hard work end perseverance.
DBZ made me realise that all i should care is power to go through obstacles and to reach a new limit but in same time to have respect for other and not bully the weak people . Thank you Toriyama ❤ you did a lot for even though you never knew me

Dragon Ball was one of those anime shows that saved my life when I was really young. I was a kid that was always sick, and that caused a lot of loneliness.
But Dragon Ball was always there to cheer me up, whether it was the shows, movies, or the video games. It helped me find strength within myself to persevere.
Vegeta was the one i related to the most. The constant pain and suffering was something I could relate to. But Vegeta came out on top, finding his purpose and happiness with his training and family.
Thank you for saving my life Akira Toriyama. You’re one of the writers that inspired me the most.

Nothing like the original music. So epic. It's so awesome that they were able to use some of this music in kakarot. The music really set the mood for the fights, especially the movies. Cooler and meta cooler was my favorite.
