Damn I was soppose to see this today. I’ve had such a hard time with my depression and anxiety this year. I lost so many close friends and family to covid last year that the world doesn’t feel the same to me anymore. This video is what I needed to hear, I've been in the same rut for 5 years . Everyone has gotten ahead of me and I've stayed stuck. Feel like a failure myself and as time went on support from fam and friends became less, friends all faded out. Nobody cared to check in on me either. And my trust in anyone has faded completely. I'm still stuck but praying I pass this storm and be happy with again x
