putty does not want get .ppk file, no error message but stupid sounds

Hi there. Some steps that could help you solve the issue are checking the PuTTY Version to make sure it's the most recent one, checking the SSH Key Settings in PuTTY, ensuring that your firewall settings allow connections to your VPS and that your network configuration is correct, and making sure the SSH settings on your VPS to are configured to accept SSH connections using the correct key file.
