For me i know telugu because of my grandparents background, But from 2 months im in process to start a channel for 1 minute content daily with a concept on business, and thier models, Now i will add mental health also as subpart.,
If you observe the Dr sir, how he was very healthy in terms of mental health, dude just look at his body while seating and how he listens to questions and how he answers in calm way. 👌🤝

Im sharing this information based on andrew huberman podcast on sleep
      1) After waking up watch sunirse upto 10 to 30 mins depends on the climate either sunny or cloudy and try to watch with naked eyes i.e no glass in between and this will set your circadian rhythm.
      2) Our body increase and decrease temperature for every 90 mins and the least temperature of our body would be 90 mins before our regular waking time and there should be no light exposure to our eyes atleast before our temperature minimum for example if u wake up at 5 everyday so after 11:30pm u shouldn't let ur eyes to light exposure
      3) The more you r active in day time is directly proportional to the sleep you go through in night time
      4) For being more active in a day see a bright light within 4 hrs of your temperature minimum
      5) After waking do exercise or cold showers after 30mins or 120mins or 11hrs, so that you will be more active and it sets circadian rhythm
      Thank you 😊

Don't keep Video names like this. It is like over exaggerating. You can keep it simple and based on the exact content of the video.

Someone commented watch at 1.5X speed, This is what he meant by attention span in the podcast just see how we're unable to watch a video that has longer span 😅its unfortunate we're lacking patience
Anyway thank you so much for this amazing podcast keep bringing more of such content❤

@@kruthika_gotham Ma'am I think you didn't understand the context in which I told ...anyways everyone has their own perspective and opinion this was not to demean anyone despite of the content that we're watching isn't it true that we lack patience and attention span in this era of social media? Hope you understand what I actually meant!!

Big thanks to Dr. Virinchi Sharma Sir and the entire team for such an engaging podcast! I don’t usually sit through a full 2-hour session, but this one was absolutely worth it. Dr. Sharma’s insights were not only valuable but also incredibly captivating. Kudos to Vamshi sir and the team for bringing this kind of quality content. Looking forward to more episodes like this !
