One of the warriors even knew how to forge katana-styled weapons and eventually succeeded in producing large numbers of them.
As the Samurai and Ogres began to intermingle, their knowledge naturally began to spread to the entire village, with Byakuya personally instructing them all in his Oboro-Ryu (Hazy Style) sword art. His grandson, who would one day be named Hakurou, in particular was a natural talent who was able to properly inherit the inner mysteries of the Hazy Style and pass it on to future generations.
Note: This information should have been in Season 1 by the way. I, and several others, mentioned Byakuya back when you were watching S1.

The *Tengu* are a group of individuals residing in the Kusha Mountains that border the Jura Forest, the Harpy Queendom of Fulbrosia and the Sorcerous Dynasty of Thalion. Although they compose a relatively small population residing in the mountain range, they are worshipped as gods of the mountains. Given that they inhabit the intricate mountain range outside of the Forest of Jura not even the Sky Queen Frey or Emperor Elmesia would dare to disturb them. They established their village before on an inaccessible mountain summit. Although it was once believed that there could be no one capable of inhabiting that place, it seems that those of high ranking races aren't bothered so much by such environments.
The Tengu are a group born from the power of a single individual, much like tempest wolves. They were created when Kaede, an Angel, incarnated in the body of an Okami. They resemble normal Beastfolk but have the notably angelic feature of a set of pure white wings.

Kaede was originally an Angel that fell to the Central World and came to incarnate within the corpse of an Okami, becoming the progenitor of a brand new race called the Tengu.
Sometime after obtaining a physical body, Kaede roamed the land and eventually encountered Byakuya Araki in the village of the Ogres, becoming his apprentice and learning the ways of the sword alongside his unnamed grandson who was younger than her. Byakuya grew old and passed away over the years, leaving his grandson who became a master of the sword that grew to surpass Kaede in technique. Smitten with him, Kaede confessed her feelings, and the two consummated their love over a night together. She left the village afterwards, unbeknownst to the ogre that she would carry his child.
Kaede gave birth to the ogre's child after 300 years and named her Momiji, draining most of her remaining power in the process and leaving her weakened. Unable to continue in her duties as chief, Kaede passed on the role to her daughter who was the most powerful and capable of her children.

The reason Kaede thought that Hakurou was dead was because he lived about three times longer than a normal Ogre considering that Ogres have the same lifespan as Humans. This is why he's still somewhat old after evolving into a Kijin which live to be about a thousand years old and into an Oni which have a near unlimited lifespan.

Rimuru also potentially has for his harem: Shizue (if she wasn't dead, RIP), Hinata, that spiritual lifeform that inhabited Chloe and kissed Rimuru, Raphael (since one could argue she's Rimuru's literal soulmate) and potentially Chloe herself once she's older since she has a crush on Rimuru.
Personally in the absence of Shizue (RIP), I'm hoping for Rimuru/Hinata.

It actually makes sense for Momiji and Albis to fight over a man since both their species are types of Beastfolk. Hell, because they are both beastfolk it even makes sense for them to accept polygamy since that is relatively common in the animal kingdom.

Maybe as a long lived species the pregnancy may last centuries. But maybe someone who did read the LN may have a better and factual explanation
