looked really good! i was telling my boss about your video and he's gonna talk to the Chef of the kitchen i work in about running it as a lunch special.
They have some on the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. That one is amazing! Their collard green melt is amazing too! Also they get their bologna from Piece of Meat in New Orleans which is another awesome place to eat.

That partk is just 8 blocks from Commander's Palace... the best singular taste of food I've ever eaten was at Commander's Palace. Also, one of the most expensive dinners ever.... but it was WORTH it.
I absolutely love this NOLA series. When my wife and I went a couple of years ago, we did a bit more of the fine dining (^^ clearly...) but you've shown how much great food there is EVERYWHERE. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us!

I used to love bologna and cheese sammies with soft white Wonder bread, mayo, and mustard when I was a kid. After it sat in my lunchbox, wrapped in ClingWrap all morning, it was soft, soggy, and delicious. That first bite would stick to the roof of my mouth. But that CRUNCH makes me want to revisit bologna all over again. Great video. Thanks.
