Those 3 inch square tube sections you cut from the roof are there to prevent or minimize the upper body from telescoping. You and so many others that watch your videos set yourselves up to die in an accident. Good job people
You guys did a phenominal job. Awesome. I wish I coul do something like this. Keep up the great work. The conversion of the ambulance is so beautiful. I love the blue backsplash.
I spend many years riding in ambulances while working for EMS. Your conversion is by far has to be the best I've ever seen. Standing in the back you would never know you were in an ambulance
I just bought one and im sort of a minimalist. I'm going to put a toilet, shower, propane stovetop and sink, attach a nice futon to the floor, cover up the ambulancee looking stuff with something cool and call it home.
I've followed this build since the beginning and know how much work you have put into it. This ambulance looks amazing and love it all and I really love the bed setup. These time lapses should come with a disclaimer because they make all that hard work look like a fun weekend project.
At first when I saw you cutting big holes and getting rid of the great ambulance cabinets, I thought, "Nooooooo!" but then you turned your decisions into something really great. Wonderful! I just wish you had shown us more of that unusual build at the back of the vehicle's outside. I see a huge A/C there, I guess an HVAC, but not why the huge peculiar container/shelf(?) on both sides of the door.
Wow!! So impressive for a 2 hour build!! lol jk jk. So proud of you guys... melted my heart to see you LIVE IN THE MOMENT, stop the build, embrace and dance under the LED lights. Thanks for sharing a blip of your life with us
This is without a doubt the best build out I have ever seen in an ambulance shell! Except for the outer shape, you would never think that it had been an ambulance! Your layout is great! The dining table, bed and shower spaces are all excellently engineered. And I love the backsplash tiles! I never thought an ambulance could look so good and have a nice bit of room for two people. New subscriber; I want to see what else you can do!
10:05 It did dawn on me that if you'd put the sink where the stove is, you could have a self loading sink for the dirty dishes when you drop the bed down 🤣 Such a great job guys - well done! Brilliant job 👍
This rig is amazing, it's cool to see how much work went into it. It's a house on wheels. Amazing engineering. I cant wait to see what adventures you get in.
U guys are insanely TALENTED! Ambulance conversions are my faves to watch. 1st build I've seen with automated stuff & it's always great seeing the ladies doing their thing too...LOL Kudos on all the hard work & wishing u guys many fun-filled adventures ahead!
That is the best conversion I have seen to date. Wow! Love the articulating bed and how it frees up space for the dinette. Plus the garage, etc etc! Wow! You two were cute and I'm sure will enjoy your rig for many years to come.
I have to say I have been watching a lot of ambulance conversions (a lot) and I have to say yours is the best so far that I have seen in a lot of aspects. Great job! 👍
And here I was worried I was thinking man if I get an ambulance will I have enough time in my life to make it but it only takes an hour or less excellent job
Excelente , un placer mirar sus vídeos amigo.......la ambulancia tipo 3 como la.conocemos.los.paramedicos es una joya...y con ese motor 7.3 aún más... felicidades por su vehículo ..saludos desde Morelos Mexico
This is the best camper build ever! I love that without long speech about each steps, you've shown how well it was built. Please let me know if you are ever going to sell. I would love to have as my Campulance to visit and live in all 50 states except for Hawaii
Great video. You made it look easy. I just wish you had done a before/after shot of the contraption you built for the back end. What is that? Also, do you have a non-time lapse video tour of your rig where you talk a little about your design, etc.? If not, I would request you make one. Nice job! 👍
Hi! We’re planning to make a full tour video where we show absolutely everything on the rig. Hoping to make that next month, waiting until we upgrade our tires and finish some exterior mods. The back rack will hold our new huge spare and it holds our air conditioner. We’ll be sure to talk about it in the full tour video. Thanks for following along :)
Those monster sized cabinets are going to stretch and pull the entire patient compartment out of true and tear the aluminum body panels and the corner posts.
Beautiful build, respect the hard work- I thought I watched all the build videos and really wanted to see the refrigerator install. Looks like an Isotherm. Which prior video did I miss ???
It’s an isotherm cruise 195. We didn’t cover much of the fridge install in our videos because honestly there wasn’t much to it. If you have any specific questions, let us know though :)
Breath taking. I can't start with " this is incredible " because it is beyond that. Nice job! How mang watts is the solar panels is my only question :)
Yes, it’s 4x4 and we absolutely love it! There’s almost no comparison because we built this custom to our exact specifications and you can’t compete with that!
An absolutely amazing build and time-lapse. Question: did you gain any headroom by removing the original celling and installing a new ceiling? The time lapse make your hard work look so easy...lol...I totally know better...very creative/innovative build....quality craftmanship.
@@Certawin I think that huge majority of ambulance boxes (if ambulance is not a van) are 96" (8') wide. On smaller vehicles, boxes can be narrower but I have never seen a box that is wider than 8' and I don't think it would be wise to have it so wide (in few of the states, max width is set to 8'...)
Hey Just found your channel and am loving it!! The ambulance build is fantastic! Question for you - in a couple videos you mention that you had a hydronic heating system / hot water system in your old rig. Do you have a video that describes that system in any detail? I am planning a build myself and would like to incorporate a hydronic system running off the engine heat as well as a diesel parking heater to heat the floor (underfloor water lines) make hot water for washing and also preheat the engine in cold climates. Thoughts?
Awesome job! The medium duty trucks look like a terrific platform to build on. What kind of mileage do you get with it? I was reading on a forum for EMS workers that the medium duty trucks like yours only get 4-6 mpg. Is that true?
Those 3 inch square tube sections you cut from the roof are there to prevent or minimize the upper body from telescoping. You and so many others that watch your videos set yourselves up to die in an accident. Good job people
That has to be the coolest bed I've seen in a build
Omg, THE BEST one I’ve seen yet!!! My favourite one! Can you make one for me 🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰🥰
You guys did a phenominal job. Awesome. I wish I coul do something like this. Keep up the great work. The conversion of the ambulance is so beautiful. I love the blue backsplash.
These people are geniouses!!!!I happen to love the ambulances the way they are but my god!!!! This one is f******* incredible!
Thank you!
Hats off to you two!!
I spend many years riding in ambulances while working for EMS. Your conversion is by far has to be the best I've ever seen. Standing in the back you would never know you were in an ambulance
That’s exactly the feeling we were going for!
I just bought one and im sort of a minimalist. I'm going to put a toilet, shower, propane stovetop and sink, attach a nice futon to the floor, cover up the ambulancee looking stuff with something cool and call it home.
Functional and beautiful design!! Very jealous! Lol! Congrats!
I hope you guys do a full tour of the vehicle. You did an amazing job.
I've followed this build since the beginning and know how much work you have put into it. This ambulance looks amazing and love it all and I really love the bed setup. These time lapses should come with a disclaimer because they make all that hard work look like a fun weekend project.
Haha yeah maybe I should have put that in there! Thanks for following along :)
This has to be the best campulance I've seen. First one I've seen completely gutted, love the layout, SHOWER. Very nicely done.
So much love!
What a great team !!
Wow! Best Ambulance conversion I've seen. Happy travels!
WOW! 11 minutes 20 seconds of pure pleasure.......for us. Hope you get a million views!
Awe thank you so much!

Holy crap. Best camper build/conversion I've ever seen.
It's cool that yall did this build together. Relationship goals.
This is without a doubt the best build out I have ever seen in an ambulance shell! Except for the outer shape, you would never think that it had been an ambulance! Your layout is great! "WOW, OUTSTANDING!!"
Thank you!
You two are an inspiration. There must be some sort of an award you should win for this build. Awesome!
Awe thank you so much!
Tomfittis777, there is no award for it, sadly :(, this has been done before!!! but its hard to do it
Wow! No doubt the most legit ambo build out I've seen. Pretty amazing it only took six months. Great thought, planning, and skill!
What a beautiful build! I really enjoyed watching this video. The hydraulic bed to sofa is just amazeballs!
Great Work 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
I'm looking to do this as well soon...
Absolute the best I have seen so far, and I am watching a lot, since I want to transform an Ambulance too! Congratulations!
Ginger and Greg, you two are marvelous, a great inspiration and an adorable couple! Watching your videos is pure joy and heartwarming.
Omg thank you so much!!

We’re always excited to meet new people on the road!
Awesome build! Attention to detail and ingenuity. 👍🏼👍🏼
So much time and effort goes into this and your rig turned out great! One of my favorite ambulance conversions out there for sure.
I have to say I have been watching a lot of ambulance conversions (a lot) and I have to say yours is the best so far that I have seen in a lot of aspects. Great job! 👍
The only thing I can say is WOW.
Thank you!
Nice job.
AWESOME 🤯
Such an awesome teardown and rebuild. You guys do great work. Enjoy life back out on the road!!

Amaizing
Looks awesome, nice work and planning. Now take a voyage.
That's the plan!
Amazing job on this build.. You guys got some skills!
Thank you!
What an awesome build! So inspiring~
Thank you!
Cool build!
Great work guys!
Thank you!
One of the best build videos I've ever seen! Great job guys. Why did you pull on the planks and switch to vinyl flooring?
Wow, amazing!!!!
Thank you!
nice job ! looks nice !!
Thank you!
Well done!!
Thank you!
What's the overall lenth with those boxes on the back?
Those monster sized cabinets are going to stretch and pull the entire patient compartment out of true and tear the aluminum body panels and the corner posts.
Where did you find your refrigerator? It's perfect!
Watching the video I keep wondering @2:21 what are the metal ramps for that you fabricated and attached to the outside of the back doors?
Beautiful build, respect the hard work- I thought I watched all the build videos and really wanted to see the refrigerator install. Looks like an Isotherm. Which prior video did I miss ???
It’s an isotherm cruise 195. We didn’t cover much of the fridge install in our videos because honestly there wasn’t much to it. If you have any specific questions, let us know though :)
Do you have a layout of how you did the inside? Everything looks great. It went too fast to see most of how things were put where.
How did you weld the aluminum boxes after cutting them? TIG? MIG? (At around 1:45)
Breath taking. I can't start with " this is incredible " because it is beyond that. Nice job!
How mang watts is the solar panels is my only question :)
This is truly an amazing build. Does anyone know the name of the material under the mattress to allow for air flow.
Wow, super impressed. So whatb
do you think now compared to the truck camper? Is the ambulance 4x4?
Yes, it’s 4x4 and we absolutely love it! There’s almost no comparison because we built this custom to our exact specifications and you can’t compete with that!
Magnific..now do mine. Was it insulated when you got it?
This is the best built I ever seen! Very Good job! I hope to do one like yours. BTW are you able to stand inside after the completed built?
An absolutely amazing build and time-lapse. Question: did you gain any headroom by removing the original celling and installing a new ceiling? The time lapse make your hard work look so easy...lol...I totally know better...very creative/innovative build....quality craftmanship.
Thank you! Yes, we gained a few inches of headroom. The ceiling now has 3” of insulation and we have 6’1” standing room after finishing it off
Crazy!!!! Could you turn an SUV into a pickup??? 😂😂😂😂
Awesome build! Where could I find windows like those?
Here is where we got ours. See the window video for more info!

@@DrivenToAdventures thank you for the link👍 watching it now, that FedEx mess sounds familiar 😳
this look awesome !! i am curious, where did you get the pill and stick back splash ? it looks amazing !
Tampa Florida check in how long did it take?
That is impressive, do you do it can/ambulance conversions professionally?
What are those black aluminium thingnamagic you added on the back doors?
let me know when its for sale ....!
Very nicely done. You two did a great job. Mind a odd question. How long is the box portion you built out?
Thank you! The box is 14’
@@DrivenToAdventuresThanks for the information. Okay silly me forgot to ask. Is the width of the box 8' or larger?
@@Certawin I think that huge majority of ambulance boxes (if ambulance is not a van) are 96" (8') wide. During the 6 months... you were FT doing only the buildout or were you also still doing your jobs that you spoke of previously?
Awesome job! The medium duty trucks look like a terrific platform to build on.
