I must be psychotic because I actually save all 1965 to 1969 Washington quarters because there are several errors, double dies, etc. in many of those years. When you think of it, you actually don't see many of the 1965 to 1969 quarters anymore (compared to the 1970 and up). I usually find about a few in each ten dollar roll. They look exactly the same as the silver ones (1932-1964) except the sides.

I have 2 . one is in good shape , can clearly see the mistakes.
The other is in good shape but the color looks like it was in a room full of smoke .

You will NOT find this coin in pocket change or coin rolled in MS 60 and above because as you stated this coin in > MS 60 are from Mint Sets.

Hi Zoey! That means that it was made at Philadelphia - only in 2017 did they use a P on the penny for Philadelphia ones. Hope this helps.

I found a 1967 quarter in at least a MS 66 grade. Pretty good for that year. I have seen ads online for 1967 quarters for thousands of dollars that state very rare quarter, no mint mark. Didn't all 67 quarters have no mint mark, or at least the Philly one.
