I love NIN so much and this tutorial is really what I need, Thank you, Lee. I teached to play a different songs on acoustic guitar(easy and hard) more than year and still love doing it
Thank you so much for posting this - I'm nowhere near ever being able to play it (I have a VERY long way to go) but it is one of my favourite NIN songs and you've given me something to aim for! ❤️🖤❤️
@topdawg3359 I did, thanks! Played it at an open mic event in April, wasn't that happy with the sound (more the guitar/speakers than the playing, no honest 😀) but it's there in the locker now. Just looking for the right place to play it again. Thanks for the encouragement 🙏
@@stateofmind38 part of being a good singer is inflection. If you understand exactly what the lyrics are talking about then the emotional part comes in ... people are able to hear your soul. It can break hearts or fill them with hope. Read the matrix and the constitution by judge dale. Warning it's mind scarring to learn the truth will change you into a different kind of human. Brrrrr Mr Blackmore I love version 2 as well I wish there was an easier way to play that ha ha but you've stripped it as bare as you can and it sounds incredible thanks to you
I just sniffed the finiteness a bit again, so excuse my sprawling text. Kudos my friend. What a beauftiful artist you are. Mastery Guitar Playing, Excellent Singing, Amazing Recording and on the point using you're technic. It's realy a beauftiful komposion. Much wisdom, kindness and empathy speaks from your words. Beauftiful als well. I try to get better every day and you are the biggest role model for me. Although I may never reach you (I started when I was 37) the way is the goal and the progress is my thankful gift. Even if my performance is only mediocre now... My friends still wonder what I have achieved at my age in the last 3 years. I owe a large part to my singing teacher and you. (my Guitar teacher) I have to keep it simple most times sorry ;-) Even if I can only manage a couple of solid songs now, it won't be the end for a long time. If the Lord God let me live a while longer. Take good care everyone. So thank you again for being such a great role model in a world where we need a lot more role models like this. Greetings from Germany again
Do you understand the lyrics yet? I learned it my interpretation for guitar is a beating descending octave chord then the chorus strumming chords. It seems everyone has their own way of making the song work. Look up the matrix and the constitution by judge dale. That's a piece of the meaning of the song.
Wow. Just wow.
Thanks
NIN! Awesome, think you're the 1st I've seen do a cover. 🙏

You can do it!
If the song seems that meaningful you HAVE to learn it and sing it. Let it all out.

Dude, thanks for your beautiful message. You are so very welcome. Just keep playing, enjoying and never compare yourself to anyone. 👍🎸
I hope your move goes smoothly!
Thanks Music Lover 👍
Thanks for this. Sounds awesome. A natural follow up to this song would be Radiohead's Everything In Its Right Place.
Thanks 🙏
“Boat on the river” guitar tutorial please 🙏
Your intro part sounds a lot like the guitar on Mazzy Star's Into Dust. Is that deliberate, or just a happy coincidence? Both are great songs
Happy coincidence! Thanks
Not my kinda music BUT. I love you cover 🎼👍

Can you make a nickelback how you remind me lesson🙏
