- I decided to sell my 2014 Suzuki RMZ250 dirt bike and figured I would bring the GoPro along for viewers who haven't experienced selling a used dirt bike on the internet. I listed it on Facebook marketplace and had it sold within a couple days. So stoked to get a new bike!

Man I can remember watching your first edit on this bike saying "I cant wait to have my rmz 250" and to see this thing go is really sad. THAT rmz was such a motivational tool to make me ride again and here I am now racing mine.

But for real tho I was shocked to see how cold blooded you were during the whole thing...I would've started crying right then and there, as a matter of fact, after watching this I had to go down in my garage to hug my bike and tell her I wasnt going to sell her to the next Private Ryan! I remember how you said, in a previous video, that you were planning on keeping both bikes when you get a 2 stroke. Hopefully you get another RMZ one day they are great bikes. I can't wait to see what you about to come up with!

Always an exciting day when you buy or sell a dirtbike. I was relieved when he showed up in uniform. I put my mind at ease.
I got mine 2014 250rmz with extra parts and 10 hours on the 2nd piston(first around 50 to 60h) for little bit less money and now i know i havent spend too much money👍
I just got one. All I have to say is that it is an amazing machine. I love it

@@jonathanjones4591 Just the basic things, oil change with oil filter change about every 10-15 hours depending on how fast/hard you're riding, Airfilter cleaned after every ride day, lube important thing (such as chain, Clutch cable, Throttle cable,....) and check if all bolts are tight or something's weird.

Marketplace has been super annoying selling bikes lately lol. Selling a newer bike is usually a bit easier but I listed my restored 1986 Honda cr500 and have had a ton of messages. Most just say "is it still available" and how much? Even tho I have all the info In the post and they choose not to read. And then getting $900 offers and I'm like you gotta be kidding me lol. Huge waste of time trying to find someone that knows that the bike is to find a serious buyer. Glad it worked for you though.

Damn. I'm from Ontario, Canada and bikes here go for wayy more. Significantly more even considering the exchange rate. A 2007 250 of any brand runs like 2500 on average. Bought my 2012 crf250 back in 2015 for 4500 (absolute STEAL of a deal at the time). Sold it this spring clapped as shit for 3900 in like a week. It's insane to me the difference in market values.

How do you only have 55 hours on it? I have a 2017 ktm 250 sxf and ive had it for about 4 months and i got it with 33 hours and now i have 134.3 on it just trail riding and shit after work and weekends
For several years I didn't even have storage for a bike where I lived so I couldn't ride for like 6+ months at a time. Other times went through rough patches financially and couldn't afford to ride a lot haha shit happens :)

4 strokes dont sell fast because they are junk and most often a nightmare that someones trying to unload on a individual that has no idea what they are getting. At least with a 2 stroke you don't have to worry about selling your soul to rebuild it if something happens.
