SR can enhance negative emotions if you do not transmute the energy. Best ways- go on a short run, or long walk, stretch, go on a swim somewhere in a natural river, walk on grass or sit on it for atleasts 20 min (the more the better) go in your car and scream you lungs out, or sing loudly to music, expressing the voice is important I think.. Also have some herbal tea can calm the system (chamomile or peppermint). That's what helps me :) feel better man
