I see you are an expert but I am still a beginner, would you be so kind to give me a list of all the new pieces I need to build the 28 studs, many thanks
I really like what you have done. Do you have a part number for the 28 stud train baseplate? I tried fining on Bricklink and eBay but couldn't find it.
I also modified by 60197 x 2 into 28 studs long wagons with playable doors. Looks much much better than the original design.
Longer cars work well! Wish I had the space on my track, but tempted. More room for customisation too
so cool and professional compared to the original, very nice!
Should go 8 studs wide too
For a 28 studs long, maybe 7 studs wide is better but more complicated.
how do you build the luggage rack?? many thanks

No problem at all mate
Glad I could help
Who thinks this train looks like an LNER Azuma UK train as the pantograph which is what sticks out is on one end onlu
How do they do on curves? I was hoping to see the longer cars in action on curves.
Tallus08 I think they would do pretty well. 28 studs is the same length as the Emerald Night passenger car. So I recommend you find videos on that.
where did you get the base from?
trying to find it, when i get ready to build a highspeed 90's style thing

Well done!
The train looks better now, that it has longer cars.
Are both engines powered?
No, only one works. rear motor is dummy.
@@studioz4936 I think it discharges quite soon?... would be better with to motors push pull or converted to 9 v?
