How would you change the battery’s in the battery box with the wire going over the top?

Very interesting concept. Some questions: could the battery box be fitted underneath the last carriage, between the boogies ? Secondly, could the traffic lights be made to manually (or through some programming to be linked later to a system with sensors) to switch from green to red like in real life? Third, could you adjust the length to accommodate two extra cars at the end for the lights ? Thank you.

not the uploader of this video, but yes you could buy extra units "warm light led strips" and cables and add to more wagons

Those batteries are a pain. Batteries everywhere, really thinking switching to hybrid 9v.

I switched to power functions even though it's more wires, It also feels like it has more battery life and runs smoother, and my powered up battery box won't turn on anymore, I only ran it for a few hours in time total, and it did not go to slow before it died, so it must have died, because I did not tamper with it besides turning it on a bunch, I sometimes hit the on switch on accident and I just really love the train 😂 so I put my power functions and headlights in it, it is in my RUclips channel, also it is ok because I have a bunch of powered up Battery boxes, so I put it with my collection
