@future_elevator_music He is absolutely amazing. I've played guitar for 32 years. Love trying to learn his stuff but it's not easy. Matter of fact, it's reduculously hard.
I read on another post that Phil sounds so good now due to backing tracks. I was there live and heard none of that. He sounds amazing. What a great show!
hell yeah! phil sounds good because he works with Melissa Cross the vocal coach. She is the GOAT metal vocal teacher and thats why he continues to sound incredible! Hard work of course too!
ESPECIALLY for his age! There is so many what used to be metalcore bands that either have been moving away or completely abandoned the genre instrumentally and vocally. Mostly because they either never did it properly and screwed up their vocal chords, don't have the energy (improper excercise), or lost interest in general. Phil is a true testament you can still stick to the genre that MADE YOU POPULAR to begin with while keeping it fresh and new. Bands use the excuse they moved away from the genre because they want to keep it fresh, then you look at All That Remains and they can stick to their genre and make it new and fresh every time. I used to be a fan of Asking Alexandria for example but they changed so much over the years, they don't even sound like the same band anymore. If Danny kept himself in shape he would still be doing at least close to similar style he kept since the beginning. To be fair to him, he has been improving again but he needs to bring more of the screams back to the band. It doesn't have to be Stand Up & Scream or Reckless & Relentless styles of vocals but he needs to scream more in AA in some sort of way so it sounds like AA in some shape or form again.
@@MyConcertCollection - I’m not technically an ATR “fan”…more a fan of songs and albums in general… I discovered ATR via TimcastIRL…their catalog didn’t “resonate” with me… Then “Divine” came out…and I was like “meh”… But THEN “Let You Go” came out…and it’s one of the best songs I’ve heard in a long time…I can’t get enough… Then “No Tomorrow” released…love that song too… I’m not an ATR historian…but as I understand it, they’ve gone through some lineup changes for various reasons… I feel like their current lineup could be their best iteration yet… Hope I’m not offending anyone… As a musician myself I just feel that chemistry means more than talent when you’re at a certain level… I think the band might have something special with the current lineup…
Oli would be proud of the direction they are heading. Met the man many times at shows and he was always humble af. Legit paid for a B4 show lesson with my buddy in 2009 and we just asked him to shed for us and he did. Then sang 18 and life with us at the bar at the meet and greet. All of them are down to earth af

Jason Richardson is THE BOSS
He’s so ridiculously good
I'll argue he's one of the best guitarists ever!
@@redbloodedamerican2346 his sort of solo to outro Follow the Signs when he was in Born of Osiris is still perhaps untouched for the entire genre

Still don't understand this pick though. Like ATR isn't bad by any means but It just feels like he is beyond this band.
Anthony Barone is back.
Jason is on easy mode and still accentuating the songs so well. Holy fuck what a beast
Divine's drums are INSANE. Been listening to that non-stop.
Happy they are playing “This Probably Won’t End Well” again.
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THE SHIRT OF PHIL!
I read on another post that Phil sounds so good now due to backing tracks. I was there live and heard none of that. He sounds amazing. What a great show!
Even listening back on this video, I don’t hear vocal backing tracks. He sounds great, and I agree the show was excellent!

Pleasantly surprised that we got This Probably Won’t End Well at least!
Jason is awesome! He gets to much shit for not being Ollie. Phil is an amazing singer. Great band, great show 🤘
