TCM Warp (Backup Strat)

Simply stepping out of the fixed camera zone isn't necessarily enough, you gotta move a little further away from the button, otherwise you will just warp into MAC. Inputs stay the same (hold up + press X to enter the tail bounce state before voiding out).
