you can also go on the video and mouse over it. On the bottom right there is a gear. Click it. Click on "Speed" and choose the speed you want

For all the people still trying to learn: don't be discouraged! nobody learns it after watching it just one time, probably the people in the video practiced off camera because else the video would get so long.
ALSO IMPORTANT TIP FOR NEW LEARNERS: DON'T TRY TO LEARN THE STEPS ALL AT ONCE! PAUSE IT AFTER LIKE THREE OF FOUR MOVES AND PRACTICE UNTIL YOU CAN DO THEM FLUENTLY, THEN MOVE ONTO THE NEXT ONES
You'll feel much better that way, trust me

I know it's really stupid as I'm only just a beginner and only started learning this dance but it's literally so frustrating that I can't do this, how are the people in this video dancing this so quickly!! I had to replay the beginning about 19 times (still can't do it) ughhh😓
im pretty sure they spent more time on it because there are certain cuts in between. dont worry about it ^-^ you'll get there!

BEGINNERSS!!: Don't worry sooner or later you will get it. It doesn't matter if it's in two days or two months, the most important thing is to practice and never give up.
I'm not a dancer, I just like practicing different choreographies from songs I like at home. When I first started I found the easiest choreographies so hard, but after a lot of practice I realized they were very easy. So, good luck for everyone trying to learn this one!!!! ^^ (sorry if my English isn't good, I'm Spanish :P)

if namjoon learned it then you can! 😂 try watching the moves first, like process them through, look at the positions. when you think you have a good image of the moves then try it out. don't rush either, as soon as you master one move move on to the next, even if it means replay that part 50 times. this is late but i hope it helps ^-^
After over a month, I can say that I am finally fairly decent at this dance, and I've never danced before. You can do it!

the best way I can explain: your left foot is behind your right, your right foot twists as the left foot steps. at the same time, you're hitting your chest with your fist

Honestly, this is one of the best tutorials I've seen for kpop dance! It's easy to learn from and I love how it feels just like a dance class :)

You make the playback speed 0.25 and it will be easy and do the first step at least five times and you will be able to learn it

+Angel LynnHime you dont need a software, next to the full screen on youtube, there is a settings button,click on it and go on speed 0.05 is the slowest and 2 is the fastest
But it does not work on phones and TVs. It's very sad xD Actually, it's easier to start with the normal speed because if you start with a slower speed you will be like: "why is the normal version so fast??? Oo"
