I will try to explain.. at the initial position you have your right hand above your left one then move your right hand in clockwise direction and make a complete circle and do the same with your left hand. Left hand will follow your right one so that right will complete the circle before left thus at final position you will have your left hand above the right one then slide your left hand towards right side and right one towards left...
