I've made thee most exotic foods before but ek sukkel my gat af om butter chicken te maak. Yoh this is so simple. The colour is perfect, the consistency is perfect. And I'm so happy that there is no tomatoes in (volgens gout rukke). Definitely gonna use your version and make it for me and my outjie.

Salaam Fatima. I made it tonight.Its so quick ma sha Allah. I did not have yogurt so I used a cup of milk and lemon juice. I did not have cream so I used Nesle creme.It tastes sooo good alghamdoeliellah.

I usually make butter chicken from a pre-packed spice package because I love it but have no cooking confidence. I don't really enjoy cooking at all and don't do it often. You must buy fatima sydows own masala mix at pick and pay or various butchered and shops. Out of this world flavour

No I think Maas is more like buttermilk
This is full fat plain yoghurt that is added to the chicken as marinade..I use any brand of plain yoghurt
