Chicken curry kanala 😭😭😍😍 , you can’t go wrong with chicken curry 😮💨 . I love cooking 😅 and I like mine to be a red color so I do the following: (In a big pot) I braise about 3/ 4 onions Then I add my cleant chicken pieces in (the braai pack, not chicken fillets) I cut two lines in every piece of chicken to absorb the flavour of the spices Then I mix my spices together, I mix a half a packet of all my spices in a bakkie . I only use spice city or spice Mecca spices because for me it smells the best but you can use whatever . So red leaf masala, red akhni masala, mother in law, jeera powder, Durban masala, red curry powder mild, coriander spice, cumin seeds . I throw 2-3 tablespoons of that spice over my chicken and onions in the pot , 1-2 tablespoons of salt and 1 table spoon of turmeric depending on the pot size . I add a whole clove of fresh garlic because it has an enhanced flavour but you can use the garlic pieces as well (3 tablespoons) I then throw a few drops of water in just for the spices to mix with the chicken and then I add more water covering the chicken and bring to a boil to allow the chicken to cook in the spices . Once the water is halfway down on the chicken you can add one grated tamato in it and lots of danya and mix . Chillies is optional . You can eat this with basmati rice or rooties. Jazakallahu khayr 🥰 .
