- 《2024香港小姐競選》第二輪面試喺7月2日正式展開，數十位準佳麗經過悉心打扮後現身電視城。幾位上一輪被視為大熱嘅靚女更係狀態大勇，包括26歲空姐Cindy、24歲時裝設計師Mandy、形象健美嘅22歲Emily Leung、23歲化驗師Kiara Wong，以及兩位溫哥華華裔小姐，亞軍Tracy、同屆季軍Annie，咁多位未入選就已經散發出自信優雅氣質。

Old days, Miss Hong Kong can become actor of TVB. TVB running a deficient and business is going down. Actors are paid by contract. Many artists moved out of this industry. No reason for real beauties to be part of Miss Hong Kong. Better have own RUclips channel and be KOL or have a stable job is even more stable life. If you want to marry rich man, no need be Miss Hong Kong, as really really rich families may not like Miss Hong Kong who are stereotyped as gold diggers. Why one want to be Miss Hong Kong anymore? So what is left is the not pretty ones still believe in the dream can make money and be famous. If one want to be popular better chances like many artists open their on RUclips channel and be KOL. There is no money to be made to be Miss Hong Kong and actress anymore as TVB is going down, - that is also many actors left this industry or lucky ones able to migrate to China to make a living. But some artists - mainly men become taxi and uber drivers to make a living. You can see a history of Miss Hong Kong, end up getting married to normal folks while giving up in this industry, like Kate Tsui - she become psychologist in UK, Miss heung heung princess married an Vancouver guy that is in banking industry, Linda Chung ka Yen, married a chiropractor, the rest just faded a way.... like dust.. Today being a normal folk with good education and professional career is much more stable than being an artist - the worst is if you become artist and well known, there are pride in many that worry other recognize them, then it is a double dead end and can't even survive with basic food and shelter. Unless you come from very rich family that can afford to not get paid regularly, then it's just waste of time.
