In American English, the second sound of Motivate is a light da, not TOH. She said people gave her confidan. I didn't hear a t in her "confidan." Confident is an adjective. It's grammatically incorrect to say give someone confident. I can't tell where her accent came from. All I know is she mispronounced some very basic words. The next girl from Sweden actually sounds quite American. Whether she speaks English or Mandarin doesn't matter to me, but I just found it odd that she was born and raised in Canada.

@@jjchan3559佢用既係美式發音，“Parsons”, “Motivate”, “influence”, 都無讀錯。至於 “confidence”, 佢確實係講緊 “confident" , 所以都無讀錯。以普通話為母語既人講英文時口音一般都比較重，未必所有人都聽得慣。
