I believe in respect for my kids. Yeah they are kids, but they are also humans. I allow them to tell me how they feel, what they want, and etc.
but I also set them boundaries to. Because at the end of the day I let them know like ,” yeah I am allowing you to have a choice, but you are also going to respect me. As your mother.”

I loved all of Niyah's outfits she picked out....not too grownish or babyish...they were just right for her. JaVonne I promise you when I'm out shopping (grocery store or clothing store)...I literally put those baby straps on my handbag to protect it from store thieves walking around. Lol'
